South America will probably be after the European shows around Oct. and Nov. 2014 including some dates in the major cities of the USA not played in 2013 like Miami, Houston etc.

South America shows, if will happen, would be most likely between January-April: "Open Stadium season" and also the range of dates previous Stones concerts took place there.

South America in May could happens...

They could touring South America in mid-May before the Football World Cup in Brasil, then relax in June during the World Cup, and hit the Europe in mid-July like in 2006 (1st Show: S.Siro Milan 11 of July over 60.000 people!)till the end of August...It could happens!

The Tel Aviv option looks less and less likely. One of the names mentioned as "bidder on the Stones offer" just announced a Neil Young gig in Tel Aviv this July. A Neil Young concert is a sure thing and will definitely "consume" at least several 1000's of potential ticket buyers of the type I call "one park gig per season as tickets and beer are damn expensive recently". Also there are no more rumors/talks about the issue, anywhere. Hope I'm wrong, this is exactly how it was in 2007.

There are no list of 18 cities. It might be a wish list, but it is not there. THey are working on the plans now, and we do know they have scheduled some cities, and have bids up for others. But there will not be a finalized list for still a while. The focus and commitment now is Asia and the Pacific.
