A domestic band noticed that they have Budokan concert in 1st and 2nd March.
Yohokama Arena is already occupied by another domestic band.
Saitama SuperArena is still available but only on 1st of March.

There are many concert venues in Tokyo but it is hard to imagine Stones have a gig such a small place less than 5000 capacity.

So if there is an extra show in Japan, it may be out of Tokyo area.

>So if there is an extra show in Japan, it may be out of Tokyo area.

Something like that could possibly happen.smiling smiley

Over 250,000 candidates rushed to apply for 3 Tokyo Dome shows from December 5 to 16.
Full house of fans would welcome the Stones.smiling smiley

I am stunned by this. On the Bigger Bang Tour, they only played two shows at the Dome (and one in Yokohama). They also played Nagoya, Sapporo and Osaka, as I recall, but none of the shows were completely sold out. Their popularity actually seems to have increased since the last time - amazing.

Yokohama and Osaka was in 2003.
On A Bigger Bang, they played Tokyo Dome, Sapporo, Saitama and Nagoya.

I am not one of 250,000 and not worrying about missing tickets at Tokyo.
I believe there are tons of multiple applications from someone.

Right! Amazing how the shows start to blur together (I went to them all, except for Sapporo)

That's probably true. Since the general sale is not until mid-January, it's in the promoter's interests to make it sound like there is a huge demand for tickets. However, I was stunned by Paul McCartney's ability to sell out seven stadium shows (including three in Tokyo) in less than a day. We shall see.

In France they'll come to the Stade de France apparently. Only stadiums in Europe?

Hello,

Any news about the rumoured show in Singapore?
What are the chances for this show?
How trustfull are the rumours?

Maybe I will be working for 2 or 3 weeks in that period in Singapore.
would be nice if that would match with a Stones show over there..... ;-)

Any news about this show?
Still rumoured on IORR 2014 showlist

Shanghai & Singapore: What's the hold-up on confirmation? Any confirmation on the confirmation? Sure would like to nail them down, or else I'm probably heading for Macau.

Speaking of Macau, someone stated that the venue isn't that good, but for starters, it's only 10,000 seats, which makes one think you're better off in the back than at 15-20K arenas. Does it have bad acoustics or what?

I don't know.
But it must be quite better acoustics than Tokyo Dome.grinning smiley

Cotai Venetian is relatively new hotel/arena in Macau.

I'm getting more and more tempted to make the trip to Paris and try catch them at rehearsals. I know it's a long shot but its been an ambition for years and years now to try meet Keith. I've been fortunate to meet all of them except Keith but I couldn't afford to do Australia etc so Paris might be the best bet.

Can anyone shed any light on how accessible their rehearsals are? Obviously you'll not get in to see them but is it easy enough to get an autograph/picture etc? I'm travelling from Glasgow so I want to try and make sure it's worthwhile.

Any info would be fantastic and very much appreciated.

Hope you all had a great Xmas

Ray x

Raymond82,

I think no one can tell you, because they haven't start the rehearsals yet. I suggest your start by reading the reports of the rehearsals on this site, especcially this one is a must: [www.iorr.org]

Skyhawk...

Thanks so much for the message and the information. I've read that story before, it's simply incredible!! What an experience! I will keep an eye out for any information & then I think I might just go for it and fly to Paris!! It's only rock and roll!!

RS.com (or a ticket place, don't remember) posted a flyer with them listed. Was quickly removed but the image of the flyer was/is still there.
