Thanks! And just to add... a great song it is!

Some people have such a bizarre attitude towards things like why bother buying CDs when you can just download it or why bother buying a cassette album.
Why don't they just @#$%& right @#$%& off? It's astounding how far removed some people, especially millennials with their retro clothing and facial hair obsessions, have become from the enjoyment of having a physical copy of art.

I was contacted by an old girlfriend today, i thought about sending her a link to "trouble" as it describes her perfectly!

If the Stones do a new album I hope it's even half as good as CROSSEYED HEART is.

whether it's a vinyl record/CD, a book or a photograph. Unless you hold it in your hands, feel it and have it in your sight, you make no emotional connection to the art. It doesn't become a memory. It doesn't become part of you. It's just consumption and disposal. Hold a old family photo in your hand and look at the same photo on a screen. Put a vinyl record on or click a tab on a computer screen, Turn the pages of a real book or scroll on a kindle. It's a different feeling.I think that explains why so many of us 'old-timers' will download a rare Stones concert but have an immediate urge to create a CD with cover art...even liner notes. I know I do. I want to 'connect' to that concert in a minimal way.

If the (cd) wasn't so over compressed, I'd give it a ten. I mean come Keith, we're not all listening to this stuff on our iPhone's.

Agreed.
Hadn't listened to Crosseyed Heart for awhile and revisited it today. From start to finish that baby is smooth sailing all the way.
It's one for the ages and made it's mark on my soul - something a Stones album hasn't done since Tattoo You.

When you buy a media with the word «compact» in it, it should ring a bell at some point...
