A great night indeed - it really is amazing to think that here we are at the back end of 2024 and I have seen The Stones and a Beatle perform Live this year. We are lucky indeed! For anyone catching the gig tonight, look out for more than one Beatle......
That is amazing .......
So Ringo might make an appearance ? WOW !
He's in London. I think all bets are off tbh. He's done it before and if he comes on stage to perform (as he did in 2018, accompanied by our very own Ronnie) then the song will likely be 'Get Back' but wouldn't it just bring the house down if it's 'Now and Then'?

A mate of mine was sitting next to Ronnie at the O2 gig back in 2018. When Ronnie got up to 'leave' my mate said "where are ya going"? to which Ronnie replied "I'm on in a couple of songs time"!
Can't argue with that...........

Great picture of Ronnie and awesome that Ringo was there as well. Last saw McCartney in 2022 in NJ. Unforgettable when Springsteen and Bon Jovi joined. And we got I Wanna Be Your Man. Hoping to see him again soon, doesn’t seem like he’s done

Anyone else get the feeling that was the last time? I didn't use to feel this way.

Does anybody know where to see or get the recent One Hand Clapping film on the 'net?

Trust me, when Paul is done touring it'll be known. And morbidly, though semi hopefully, I don't actually think he's ever gonna stop till he's dead. He'll either get sick and we'll know he can't do shows anymore, or just get to old and suddenly pass. But I think we got a lot more years left of him. His show hasn't slowed at all in the last 20 years. The decline has yet to occur and until then I don't think there's any need for retirement talk (though I understood the Glastonbury stuff, him turning 80, etc. But we've blown way past that now).

I don’t quite agree that the show hasn’t slowed in 20 years, the set doesn’t change much year to year since about 2013, because while there are still 40 odd songs he can still sing, he does 30+ each night, so there’s not much to change around. He dropped Yesterday in 2018, for instance. I’m glad he’s still out there and he can still do a great show, but it’s not what it was in the 00s.
