Surprised he is playing Oakland, vs the fancy new arena in San Francisco

Glad to see Paul is hitting the road again, but of the four times I've seen him live, only one was sort of memorable which was the first time I saw him at MGM arena in Vegas back in 2005.
Incredible setlist on paper (Macca), and it was great to see a Beatle, but in reality it was sort of tribute band-esque. Still, much better than the latter three shows - Dodger stadium in 2014, and both Desert Trips in 2016.
With his vocals suffering the way they've been the last decade or so, can't imagine how bad they must be now, but amazing he's still going on tour which could probably be the last time for him.

In for Seattle, maybe both nights. Hard to say which one will be better, as they're back to back. On one hand, he's had a few days off from Spokane, so his voice will be more rested for Monday, on the other, he and the band might need a few shows to warm up, so Tuesday might be tighter. I saw him back to back nights in Vancouver in 2016, and thought both shows were pretty equal. In 2018 and 2019, he definitely leaned more on the band for vocal support. He may actually have benefited from a few years off, and his voice may be a little refreshed, hopefully. Maybe he'll finally lower the keys of a lot of tunes and save himself (and us) some strain.
Regardless, though, he's still a force of nature and gives 110% every time, and brings the Beatlelove in spades.

Contemplating the same regarding the Seattle shows..
If I only go to the one which is looking likely, I had decided on the second night.
Primarily reasoning, like the Stones, second nights generally bring a more varied setlist. Not sure if Paul has followed that formula in the past or not. Excellent point about the rest between Spokane and Seattle though.. voice may be stronger.
Odd that Seattle is the only city with back to back shows..so far.
Both being weeknights, perhaps it will make tickets more plentiful/affordable on secondary markets etc as it gets close.

Probably an availability issue. The Warriors, who play in the fancy new arena in San Francisco, will, with all probability, be thick in the playoffs at that point. With the San Francisco Arena's availability in question, why not go for the practically abandoned, but still serviceable Oakland Arena? Lots of bands over the years have used the Forum, the Lakers old home, for concerts, since the 'new' arena opened downtown in '99.

Europe will be forgotten this year like the last years,Or not? The bands can make more money in the USA. The Who has forgotten the Europeans-or was the reason the insurance?I had toil for the Royal Albert Hall for The Who!
Def Leppard plays more in the USA then in their own country... Money is all!
