I would guess that they sampled a section from another part the song from this recording and cut and paste it into the Intro with a little slow down on the very opening. I guess it's kinda cool that unless you were there you'd never know what really happened.

You're not alone. I won't have iTunes on my desktop - it tries to take everything over. Don't know how I'm going to get round this as I do want this download. Why couldn't it have been released through their archive?

Thinking more about it I'll download their horrible software for as long as it takes to download this and then delete and I'll pay using a voucher. Is that feasible - you don't have to register to use a voucher do you?

Sorry but I won't. I don't see why we should be happy about a release on a sub-par format.
This show deserves better quality release. Lossless is a minimum in 2013.

True Dandelion, but it's still a lossy format and only marginally better than MP3. I'm hoping they will issue it on flac at a later point...but good to hear so many people are enjoying it.
He he, that's wrong. It's AAC, a slightly better format. Unless Apple has changed everything with this release.

Great sound, and now iTunes should do the Google thing, Mocambo etc. And all the next concerts few days later to download ... Hope they will release a second portion of takes from Glasto and Hyde Park ...

Don't they release live CDs anymore? They must be planning a 50 & Counting CD release later in the year for the holiday market.
Perhaps I'll just get a bootleg--on CD of course--so that I can enjoy the unadulterated version of Stall Me Up.

Downloaded a few minutes ago and getting an Emotional Rescue at the moment. Sounds fine to me. Great deal for $10, but like some others I'm hoping there will be a lossless alternative sometime in the near future. Some sort of box set would be cool.
