I must stand up for Erik and his great sense of humor...as opposed to being sexist.

Do you think sexist can not have a sense of humor? Usually sexism appears in the form of joke, then sexist says - it's all a joke, don't you have a sense of humor? you can't take a joke, too bad...
and btw it is not humor it's an example of laddish banter
I understand that you're older than me and has worked in the male-dominated business so the ability to accept a sexist joke and laugh with the lads is one of the conditions of survival - but times have changed.

I think nearly all 2003 and 2006 versions of Gimme Shelter were lame.
1995 and 1998 were very very good and also Gimme Shelter during the first London 2012 show was quite good.
But nothing can compete with this one..

I'm astonished that you can even spell humour, as you have NONE of it, Mary
Or wait.....no, you didn't spell it correctly, no need to be astonished anymore, thank you.

I do not know about knitting but she looked like a woman who has not eaten any cookies in her life

You confuse rudeness and insults with humor - and not for the first time. Not by chance someone called you the most obnoxious poster of this forum. It was a joke of course but you were offended and loudly announced your departure from the board. Now this is hilarious.
FYI - Humour or humor (see spelling differences) is the tendency of particular cognitive experiences to provoke laughter and provide amusement.
Latin-derived spellings
-our, -or
Most words ending in an unstressed -our in British English (e.g. colour, flavour, harbour, honour, humour, labour, neighbour, rumour) end in -or in American English (color, flavor, harbor, honor, humor, labor, neighbor, rumor).

The bottom line is that you don't regard me high or love me, which kind of hurts
Thanks for nothing, Mary!
