So many years, Thanks to the Rolling Stones for all the great songs. No band will ever come close. here's what I wrote in response to an article in The Telegraph by one Mick Brown :

A lot to read there…I just skimmed it…but the premise is true, that they aren’t ‘in their prime’. But I say ..’so?’

They are now and have always been about live performance, and they are really just a glorified bar band, which is why I love them. They are a tough bar band and have contributed the best rock and roll has to offer, in terms of songwriting and performance, to the ages.

And they have survived everything.

Its pretty amazing ..

I am into the rolling stones since 1964. My first single, I bought was "Its all over now". thank you, ROLLING STONES for 50 great Music-years----and please DONT STOP!

Thank you The Rolling Stones for 50 years (well, almost) of rock and roll. There, I said it. Now, send me a couple of tickets, some ape litographs and a bottle of that special edition whiskey as I'm sure you wanna thank me for staying a loyal fan for so long. Won't you?

It adds another chapter, literally and metaphorically to my life and recent work (for those
of you who know me.) Not to mention, the reviews of the London show not only add
to your legend, but the performances up the ante for any other classic rockers who

I was online following the announcement of every song as it was played on Sunday. I would have loved to be there and was in spirit. The videos I've seen are so fantastic....I Wanna Be Your Man(!) and I just screamed when Mick Taylor joined for Midnight Rambler. WOW!!

Thank you so much for 50 years of great music. I have loved the Rolling Stones for most of those 50 years....and counting!

Please add more shows in the USA after the 3 planned for December.

A night I'll never forget for as long as I live. A 30 year journey for me from the Glasgow Apollo, May1982 to London O2 Arena, November 2012....so far.

A BIG Thank You! This show is one of my top 5 Stones-memories of all time (January 1998 2x Bridges MSG, 1999 No Security Memphis, 2003 Cirkus Krone Munich). I'm with them for 30 years now, as I got converted June 10th 1982 in Munich Olympiastadium.

I have to excuse me. After all what happened (i.e. did not happen) the last 5 years I doubted they could pull something off like yesterdays show. They proofed me being completely wrong. I'm sorry. Music, sound, setlist, show, stage, guests, number of songs played, length, Mick, Ronnie, Keith, Charlie, Bill, Jeff, all were outstanding and awesome. I could've done without ... No, I learned my lesson

This was a gift, and - I'm sorry to say that - worth every f#&%$* EURO I paid for it, the flights and the hotel. I'm very very thankful!!! And we all should be, for everything they give us from now on, as it will be over not too far away. And then we'll be left with loads of memories, tons of great songs, albums, dvds, bootlegs, books - AND YESTERDAYS OUTSTANDING GIG. They were, are and will always be the GREATEST ROCKBAND OF THE UNIVERSE (as far as we know it).
