Well the ticket prices are still as high as Newark.

I thought the whole issue for them moving the shows to Newark was because Barclay's refused to have them do a show there with such high ticket prices?

I remember reading that it was because of the pay per view, they couldn't do it at Barclay's so they went for the Prudential Center.

This is good news. I do think that seats (particularly the upper levels) will be widely available near show time. Still don't plan on seeing more than one show, though.

I've been holding off, on a 15th ticket.

I'd like to score a ticket for this. Do this and the 13th.

Rather see them at 2 different venues, than the same one twice.

Well, if this is confirmed, then l guess they are trying to squeeze the last few dollars out of their fans, cause the two shows at The Prudential, are far from sell outs,at this moment Stubhub has 2493 tickets for 12/13,and 2029 for the 12/15,so from a business point of view this doesn't make sense,if they are still charging the same prices, although, they are getting pay even if no one shows up,the promoters are taking all the risks financially...

Just checked and I can get an economy class round trip ticket to New York - arriving on Saturday morning and returning Sunday - with miles. Tough decision - is it worth 11 hours (each way) in economy just to see one more show?

l understand that,my point was that there are many tickets still around not only on stubhub, but in Ebay, etc,so really another 20,000 for a Brooklyn show and after Sandy, don't make much sense to me,but who knows...

The concerts are sold out. Stub Hub is a REsale ticket sight.

But when the tix are on Ebay or on the "secondary market" it means that they have been sold already once, right?

As Christopher Robin said. "Oh bother!" December 8 works SO MUCH better for me for a multitude of reasons. If I can score tickets my December 13 seats will be on sale here, at my cost.

Tour promoter and band mgmt can shuffle tickets around through stubhub and TM Platinum Seating section. When they do not sell they get moved back into the general TM pool. I see it quite a bit.

So it's worth it to check with the box office before the show and see if you can trade the ticket in for a better seat? It seems that you are all talking about London shows, does anyone know if this works in the US?

No trading at the box office. There is always a possibility of buying a great seat at the last minute, but it's a crap shoot. Sometimes VIP tix end up back in the "system", but they won't buy back the seat you already have.

Depending on your appetite for risk and suspense, I'd check in at the box office on the day. Extra tix often become available once the staging is set up and they realize they have more audience space than originally envisaged.
