"Meh. Don't like this version of Jagger's voice. He's trying too hard to "rock", which appears to be the overall gimmick. Hey look! 70 year old guys with snarling vocals, guitars and a beat."
There's no pleasing some people. Jagger sounds great, not straining to sound like a 20 year old and not using that awful nasal tone that most of us can't stand. Best Mick vocal I've heard in a while. After the Superheavey vocals I hadn't expected this level of quality from him. As for the song, it's no Stones classic but it moves nicely and I'd dance to it.

Agreed. Vocally, he's stronger here than on "Plundered My Soul". He's really straining on that one.
OMG- "Plundered" is one of Jagger's very best.

Great to hear it. It's the Stones in 2012 so don't expect a vintage 70s sound but I like it. First listen and it sounds like a cross between You Got Me Rocking and Rough Justice. Great riff. Ronnie playing an elastic sounding solo a la Undercover.

Just heard it (twice!) on Radio2.... fantastic, classic groove, real rock'n'roll and I instantly liked it, which is a great sign.
The presenter joked that they had an exclusive for 10 minutes ahead of the rest of the world so they played it twice in a row.

I agree but it seems a Mick's solo song/'Goddess in the doorway' outtake
