Don't know, but Muddy Waters does it on "Live At Newport".

The Stones played it from late 1962 to early 1963.

Is this the thread where one can comment on the gorilla?

OK, I LOVE IT! I think it is a very clever use of the logo, a very cool idea to use the gorilla and very 70s (which makes it not very PC). I thnk it's very "Stonesey". I LOVE IT!

Yes but only negatively. Or if you prefer, only in the negative. You must retract your 'I LOVE IT!' and replace it with 'I HATE IT!' and only then will you be allowed.

This is no different than if The Beatles released something like this and had a whale on the cover and titled it WOOOOO! Stupid is stupid.

Like StupidHeavy.

I concur with everything Skippy has laid out, with the exception of StupidHeavy.

That was obviously a typo on his part.

Skippy...one word for you. Spell check.

It's clear now what they meant with the monkey thing and GRRR!

It's about the ticket prices: who buys is making a monkey out of himself, and the rest is only GRRR!ing.

While this is quite possibly the ironic nature of the GRRRR cover, it is an ape and not a monkey...
