Yes, still keeping the London option. Loved to read the following on Bill Wyman's blog from March:

Will he be there once more?

BTW, he is booked with the Rhythm Kings for late September in Hamburg as every year... That fits into the September rumour as well

Slane doesnt 'choose' the date of their annual concert. Its a movable event, worked around the headline act's tour schedule. And always has been.

You may ultimately be proven to be correct, however, never use the term "No Chance" in regards to the Stones. They are full of surprises, always.
