And myself? No, I'm no teenager, being just 19 months away from 50. But that doesn't stop me from trying to keep in Jaggeresque shape (I cycled over 50 miles [from Rye in Sussex to Margate in Kent] yesterday, & I ran 9 miles the day before).
I'd certainly whip Mr Taylor into shape if ever he fancied hiring me as a personal trainer for 3 months!

Ha, ha, nice offer, Sleepy! But whipping doesn't seem the proper method to me. A gentle way would be more effective, starting with a appropriate diet.
As for your heavy exercise: be careful, many guys of your age died because of too much training, not knowing their hearts and veins weren't healthy. I'm 56 but still looking like a Greek god. Just eating and drinking in the right way, walking and cycling just in an easy way and, also very important, exercising ALL muscles etc. by a ballet method. It's not heavy but very effective and healthy and without any risks. It keeps you better looking than Jagger, who looks too skinny to me and even stiff, and you keep your condition okay.

Judging on the boots, Taylor does overplay a bit. Good example is Time is on My Side. The stones intend this song to start slowly and softly with only Keith's guitar and a bass drum, and then develop into a full band setting. But Taylor throws in a loud, blistering and full solo over that gentle intro. Taylor fans might like this, but it surely is not what the band intended, and I can understand why you would want him to shut the f up.

Thanks for posting.
Nice Taylor intro "Time is on my side", absolutely not overplayed. He made the song a bit acceptable and he has a warm tone, as this sterile sounding version (and Keith's or Ron's solo?) imo is an insult to the original.

It was Keith who played the solo.

I wouldn't call the intro a solo... No, I meant the guitar solo in the middle is Keith. My guess is Taylor for the intro too.

Captain's list is wrong... Know Taylor played on Black Limo.. one of the only songs you can barely hear him..

Black Limousine
Just My Imagination
Twenty Flight Rock
Going To A Go-go
Let me Go
Time Is ON My Side

Honky Tonk Women
Brown Sugar
Start Me Up
Jumpin Jack Flash
Satisfaction
These are the songs Mick Taylor played on.
You can see from that he didnt play on 'Time is on my Side', that seems to be one Mr Ronny Wood.
Now my album MIGHT be wrong so apologies if so - granted Let It Bleed has a GREAT solo on it (sounds vagely like M.T? but from tone etc probly is R.W?), but if it aint, it Kinda turns the argument back on him being the one who overplayed rather than Mick Taylor.
Like Jagger intro'in YCAGWYW as 'guitar onslaught' tho - jesus R.Wood goes w@nk tastic and not in a good way... messy, no finesse in the playing, its snatched rough and tough playing, not that i mind it but here it kills it, sounds infectious too as mr sax goes off on one with r.wood which aint fun on my ears booooooooooooooooooooooooooo
I'm listening to the 'KC I' boot
what do you all reckon?

No, Taylor did not play on December 15th, did he? He is certainly not audible on the excellent bootleg that I have from the show.

I have one 81 recording where Jagger introduces Taylor and then says something like "We're gonna do one called "Let Me Go - Let Me F****** Go!".
Anyone have a clue?
