The woman that claims to be the one shouting "Paint it Black you devil" on GYYYO has a Youtube interview video, and she sounds somewhat believable, at least to me.
It think it was another woman, been a while since I heard it, that is distinctly heard between tunes on side three of LYL yelling "sit down."
All the more reason to assert yourself on her. Would have been interesting to see what happened!

Hehhehe.. then say to your heroes that keep that bloody field unseated. I think the crucial problem behind this thread is that the whole venue is mostly seated nowadays.

you can hear people complaining and shouting "sit down" on alot of those old 1969 and 1970 tapes/cdr's.....mostly during the acoustic songs....many people respond with f!@#$k off!!.....so this phenemenon has been around a while....

A woman came and stood right in front of me at the Stones show in Phila back in 2001. She was yakking away to this younger guy. I was about to tell her to shut up and watch the concert when I realized it was Jo Wood and probably one of her sons. She'd come out from backstage to watch Ron's big solo on--what was it?--Monkey Man? She was jumping around the whole time trying to get him to notice her. He didn't.

i got a buddy whose voice can be heard on neil's "natural beauty" from the harvest moon album - it was recorded in portland, oregon - and as is his norm, he bellows out "Trailblazers!" before the song begins....sorry....now back to our regularly scheduled thread....
