Pinkpopmanagement (Jan Smeets) announced today for a 3-hour show on May 30th (saturday) located in Landgraaf (Netherlands). It's the first day of a 3-day festival.

Wow! I've never seen the man live, but now when he decides to play about 400 meters from where I live, I cannot refuse... I hope Bruce gives a signal to other major acts as well that Helsinki is not the only place in Finland.

And a tip for IORRians who are also Springsteen fans: Tampere is a Ryanair destination, so there are direct and extremely cheap flights from London, Dublin, Milan, Bremen, Frankfurt (Hahn) and Riga. So, Tampere is not so far away and out of reach as one might think...

I am soooo happy (irony) that he keeps on visiting the same places again and again and again. I think he plays Sweden each year or something like that. That is probably why Stockholm gets 2 dates. I am really happy for you Swedish guys (no irony here), but I want to see him too. Luckily Vienna is not so far, so I hope I will catch him there. If I manage to get a ticket, I can imagine that they will sell fast - Vienna and the area in a coule of hundreds kilometers around wasn't in his tour plan the last year

yes, I noticed that last night, Doxa...LOL

Cheap flight back on June 3rd, but the outbound flight from Dublin was something like 30th. If I could get there on June 1st or 2nd, I'd maybe consider it.

this site tends to be quite reliable, I think. As I recall, they were spot on about the Stones headlining the Isle of Wight when a lot of people were dismissing it as improbable.

He's playing inside Herning Messecenter, or outside??? If he plays outside, they can house an audience of 120.000 (That's what Herning said they could have for the Stones, before they chose Horsens). It's not long from where I live, but I don't think I'll be going.

Ok, so I bought 2 tix for the concert in Vienna. Problem is I just don't like Springsteen! But I kept on having lively visions of Gazza urging me to go there. Gazza, damn you if that isn't a good gig! So I better get used to his music now, what shall I buy? Greatest Hits to start with? I sure hope he doesn't play rare songs...
