QuoteEdith GroveThanks for that, open-g! Did anyone else notice that Ronnie's guitar bit on SMU seems like it was cut short? Maybe Mick came back in too early? Yes, Mick cuts Ronnie's solo there and causes a mild confusion Love the way Keith and Charlie just look at each other, Charlie smiling a little bit to himself. The band sure covers the mistake quite nicely!

Quotebruno(Taking this one back to life...) Somebody has said on the MT's Guitars Thread that Keith didn't play any LP on the 73 Tour. Now, I have this pic with a LP Custom, capoed for MR, which I have never been able to date properly. I used to think it's from the 73 tour, but it seems to me now that it could be from 1970, though. Anybody has a clue?? This one has got a

Remember; Some of us became Stonesfans during this period that many of you dislike so much I enjoy every record made after 1990. Better than many of the records both in the 60's and 70's and the horrible 80's! So they must have had something to deliever. A lot of you critisise Don Was, Darryl Jones and all the other back-up musicians. None of them would have been there if the Stone

QuoteiamthedjWithout a doubt The Rolling Stones. They've spent the last 26 years in total freefall. Lazyness is the greatest sin for any artist. Oh, please....

Was just listening to Aftermath, and it hit me that this is a great boogie rock tune! Would have been fun hearing it live today!

Bill didn't claim to have written the song? Wasn't it only the riff he was talking about? (That pretty much IS the song, but...)

Like most of the songs on GHS, Dancing with Mr.D, Coming Down (maybe my fav. Keith ballad), Heartbreaker, Winter, @#$%& are all excellent songs I think. But I'm not comfortable with the sound on it. The album would have been up there the four greats if ,especially, the drums have sounded better. Agree on Emotional beeing an all time low!

Charlie both plays and sounds better than ever! Love the overall drumsound on VL, B2B and ABB. Thunderous and crispy at the same time! You can really feel Charlies touch!

Can't afford to buy everything! When you have all their official releases in 3 or 4 versions (LP,MC,CD,CD-remastered and so on...) I can't use more of my money. Mick and Keith have more than enough money, I don't....
