Just got back from the U Arena. Initial thoughts: The band - especially Keith - were on tonight. Keith was playing a solo on his knees at one point! The band were in really high spirits and were having fun with each other - Keith holding Micks hand to share a joke on Midnight Rambler (about the echo in the room I think). Then there was Mick grabbing an extra drum stick and crashing the cymb

It has changed the gigs I have been to. In Hamburg is was the Dandy Warhols (as someone has previously pointed out), but in Barcelona and Paris it was different to this - but I can't remember what songs

Maybe a public forum isn't the best place to share these ideas of beating the system... The eyes from above may be watching and take action of this!

Just got back to the hotel from the show. Pit, Keith side. Overall the boys are playing well. This was my least favourite gig (compared to Hamburg and Barcelona) for a few reasons: UMT and LSTNT meant to no real treat in terms of mixing up the setlist (I really hoped respectable or let it bleed would get a look in). Maybe I am right in saying this is the first gig of the tour with not a single

Hi, I just wondered if anyone knew of anything happening in Paris the nights before the 3 gigs? Is there a stones tribute band on anywhere? Are people heading for a drink - I think previously the 'some girls' bar was suggested - is this the best bet for a drink and some music the night before the gigs? GB

Hi, I am trying to collect a No Filter Pit wristband from this tour after I binned mine in Hamburg (just for something to look back on). If anyone is in the pit tonight and doesn't want to keep their wristband - please let me know and I will pay for the postage for you to send it me I know you will have to cut it to get it off - this is fine I just want it for an album. Slipping away has been so good this tour. So much feeling. I wouldn't want him to drop it. I am glad he has kept them both throughout the tour.

Hi, I was in the No Filter Pit at Hamburg but I binned my Wristband after the gig. I know this sounds a little silly but I would like to keep one for my collection. If anyone has a No Filter Pit Wristband and doesn't want to keep it (from any gig - doesn't have to be Hamburg) I would like to have one. I would be happy to pay the postage to get it to me from wherever you are. I

If Waters is playing solo shows in summer next year (e.g. Hyde Park) to me it seems unlikely that a few weeks later a Pink Floyd Reunion would happen... It just doesn't seem to fit. Also I can't imagine the Stones wanting to bow out as 'second fiddle' on a mammoth weekend of music, so even if they do play Knebworth, I would imagine that a string of their own gigs in London

Great version of Heartbreaker... to say that's only its 2nd outing since the 2012 comeback I thought it went really well. Hopefully Heartbreaker and Shine a light can get their 2nd appearances of the tour in Paris!

Seemed a genuinely sincere musician living his dream by all accounts. I saw him in Hyde Park earlier this year and it was a great experience. Yet another major loss on the music scene.

Just to put this one to bed... I mentioned that I thought saw Keith sit down - not as negative thing but simply because in the 10 live shows I had been to personally, I hadn't seen him sit by Charlies drumkit on Midnight Rambler before.. I didn't mean it as anything bad or negative it was just a passing comment among other (very positive) comments I had made about the show... I re

I thought I saw Keith sit down... I have looked through the vid of midnight rambler and now I am unsure again... I think IF he sits down it is around 9 mins 24 seconds for maybe about 30 seconds.. if you look on big screen the way his guitar is it looks like it might be at that angle because hes sat down? But maybe hes just crouched over? Not that it matters - he played great - slipping

As we were looking at the stage Keith sat down on the right of charlies drum kit for a fair bit of midnight rambler... he got up again when they go to fast tempo to co-ordinate the change with ronnie and charlie... Don't know if anyone can find a vid... Its fine if he sits down for a bit I think though conserve the energy and concentrate on the playing I think

Just got back from the gig... my tenth but my girlfriends first. Had a fantastic time in Pista A (keith side)... Overall it sounded fantastic from where I was, I thought Keith played well - no glaring cock-ups all night(!) The ovation from the crowd before he did his solo spot lasted 5 mins - it was great to be a part of. I'm glad satisfaction has returned to last spot - i think it

"but i think Keith is playing in a way people aren't ready for or understand yet." I love the rolling stones, and I love Keith, and every part of me wishes this was true and that in 30 years we will all look back and go "yeah those last few years he played, he was really ahead of his time" But the truth is an out of tune is exactly that, just an out of tune solo.

I would like to see 'everybody knows about my good thing' I can see Mick pulling his faces and ramping it up and up as he shouts 'call the plumber darlin'. I think it might go down well.

I was just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on why we haven't had any out and out ballads by Mick this tour... I know we had Play with Fire (Ballad I guess) and Beast of Burden (not really a ballad how its played), but normally every night they play one - It seemed like at one point (Ole, Ole, Ole tour and others) Wild Horses and Angie were pretty much on rotate... Not that I am c

Just had a listen to some of the video clips from Zurich, the show seemed really tight. Is it my imagination or was JJFlash a little bit faster than it has been (especially compared to Munich?) Als- I think DWMD should definitely stay - I think now a few things have been ironed out after Hamburg, everyone looks quite relaxed and comfortable playing it.

QuoteBoarder QuoteAdams Hi all, I have a few questions regarding the No Filter Pit: I have a No Filter Ticket for Zurich. All No Filter Tickets I have seen indicate that the entrance is on Keith’ side. How do I get to Ronnie’s side in the Pit? Shouldn’t there be entrances on both sides? There is entrance on both sides. There's also a passage under the catwalk in the place where cat

Nice topic - and some interesting research Longbeach, I think IORR possibly because its quite easy to get the audience singing along to it, Tumbling Dice as it represents the exile period and midnight rambler because Keith thinks thats the tune that only him and Mick could have done that no other band could (or words to that effect I think he said). But I agree with your point, I actually t

Hey, I did the pit in Hamburg and Munich... There is a tunnel under the stage that connects both sides of the pit - enter whichever side is possible and then you can go through the tunnel to which ever side you want - try both - but beware the tunnel shuts after the support band finish so pick a side before then. You will get a wristband when you enter - you can the come and go as you pleas

Oh no. Slightly disappointed after the treats in Hamburg. I am worried Let's Spend the Night Together will be the first step back towards the 'old' setlist... So for me anyone of the other three... but maybe Rocks Off just gets the nod.

Quotejustsway QuoteIrix Still Tickets available via : (31-Aug-2017, noon) Just a question to sthe stage and the PIT tickets. In this picture the PIT area is rounded by the catwalk. The stage in Hamburg and also in Munich so far looks different. There is a straight catwalk. Is the "No filter PIT" a narrow area left and right from the catwalk? Originally the plans for Hamburg

I was at Hamburg and for me it worked. My only concern is that if you were seeing the stones for the first time and the first thing you heard Keith play was the sympathy solo, which I think is consistently his worst out of the songs he solos on, then maybe its not the greatest start to your stones experience. I think sympathy has to stay as the opener for the whole tour now because they do
