So watching YouTube clips of Rocks Off. Was Mick completely cut off/interrupted by Keef which resulted in Mick not introducing the vote yellow screen panel with the four songs?

Now this is great! Awesome Keith solo! Like the way Mick says the girl under his thumb once changed her ways in the beginning of the song. Then near the end of the song she just changed her ways again. Mick's always changing his words. I guess you can do that when they're your own songs. I noticed from another UMT from this tour, too, the 'once changed her ways' thing. Oh all the fun little things everyone notices on the computer....

Sorry Socrates haven't studied the videos - was just going off of what those two who were at the show posted.

Has anyone got any footage evidence of Keith sitting down.
This would be upsetting if true, i hope someone is taking care of Keith, hope he has his wife and family with him.

Hairball, I can see now that the poster named "GJB" says it was the song named "MR." I haven't gotten to that one yet. And I usually don't listen to that one, actually. I basically like the way everything sounds so far from this show. Internet rating, after only hearing a few songs: 8.5 out of 10. is that helpful to anyone?

That's what I mean, it just has an upsetting tone about it. I'm sure Keith is fine, he looks good. Probably when you're his age, one or two extra drinks could change the complexion of your playing quite substantially. Because why was Zurich so great?

UMT was a little better yesterday since it was a tad faster than in Hamburg.

Rocks Off though... Mick had some issues hitting the notes and it just sounds like a big mess altogether.

Brown Sugar though was great, Denson really nailed his solo.

All this is based on youtube videos.

I really like Karl being in the band, love the jazzy feel he adds. Great player.

Yes that's right Socrates, i think if Keith is having a few too many drinks before going on stage some nights to calm his nerves, we will see varying levels of performance from him.

At 74 i just think he is too old to get away with it, playing and health wise.

There were flashes of brilliance from him yesterday on a few song's , Slipping Away was so emotionally charged after his standing ovation from the crowd that it nearly brought me to tears, it was like he was really slipping away, his voice so fragile and heartfelt, yet full of powerful emotion at the same time. Nonetheless i felt like he had gone backwards in effort and performance when compared to the two previous show's.

Knowing Keith he might come out firing on all cylinders at the Amsterdam gig.
I certainly hope so.

Keith sat for Prodigal Son in 1969 and frequently during Miss You break in the 2000's and 2010's.

Yeah Keef, I have a good feeling about Amsterdam. Slipping Away is so great this tour. Just catching up on that standing ovation, and they're saying it lasted for around 5 minutes. Really touching. He's singing it so emotively. And there are many other songs that sound great, that one Start Me Up they did rocked. Street Fighting Man is 100% great. They're doing a lot of good stuff right now. And yes, we get it with no filter, with all the glory and all the warts and all..

Thought Keith nailed the intro, but then wobbled after Mick glared at him.

As we were looking at the stage Keith sat down on the right of charlies drum kit for a fair bit of midnight rambler... he got up again when they go to fast tempo to co-ordinate the change with ronnie and charlie...

Don't know if anyone can find a vid...

Its fine if he sits down for a bit I think though conserve the energy and concentrate on the playing I think

SMU and SFM were awesome.

I'd like it if they opened with SMU, and killed the Devil song altogether.

Remember when Keith cut Mick off, from introducing the choir once, before YCAGWYW.. it was on the Zipcode tour at some point. Ah good times on the computer..

Oh no, really, now that just show's that keith was not all there last night, i new it from the get go. Question is does he do things like that on purpose, something is not right with Keith this time out.
