So you are saying they might return to their old touring model just with fewer shows and just doing the major cities? So north America, then Tokyo, a few shows in Australia/NZ and then some in Europe?

QuoteHairball QuoteStonesfan2146 QuoteSomeGuy Those calculations on how many new songs they play or don't play is often somewhat misleading, I think. For instance, did the ABB shows really feature 5 or 6 new songs? I think that that was never the case: the shows usually had 2 or 3 songs or so off the album, but I don't think they played any shows that featured 5 or 6 new songs in them,

Well they only played 2 new ones in 2012 because they only had 2 new songs released. In the beginning of the a bigger bang tour they played rough justice, infamy, Oh no not you again and back of my hand and sometimes played up to 5-6 numbers off of the new album. Bridges to Babylon had them play many new songs too, regular numbers were flip the switch, out of control, anybody seen my baby a

I've been at only 7 of the 14, so I don't wanna list 5, but I think London, Paris and Berlin were fantastic.

Exactly, they used the stadium stage in Telenor arena. The last time the 50&Counting design was used in it's whole, and the only time in 2014 (In Macau the lips were missing) was Shanghai. In Vegas 2016 they used the catwalk from the stadium shows, they likely already scrapped the tongue walkway.

They didn't play arenas in 2021. Last time they played an arena was 2016 in Las Vegas. Only thing that came close to an arena last year was the hard rock Miami show, with an average ticket price of 500$+

Quotehockenheim95 In Gelsenkirchen I had nosebleeds from Lucky Dips. Second to last row in the upper Bowl. I just looked which seats were available in Eventim and just went to one of those empty seats and enjoyed the Show. In Berlin they didn't properly check tickets for Pit so it was in the end completely overcrowded. They even went out of Pit wristbands. Yeah in Berlin I noticed more

Quoteslewan QuoteStonesfan2146 Could you explain a little bit how you do it? We tried it in Madrid because we got the worst seats on the house but they didn't even let us into GA. well, very often there's a sudden window of opportunity. Just one example: In Amsterdam the entrance for pit B and those nosebleed seats was one and the same. After the ticket scan and behind the security c

BV already pointed out that the stage was built more simple so they can ship it around the world. Will be logistically possible. Let's wait and see, my bet is on south America or Australia next.

Members here pointed out that Europe 2023 will happen if plans don't change. Somewhere I read about Warswa 2023. BV talked about making the schedule for this tour a little more tight. So maybe South America / Far East (except China of course) in Winter 2022/ spring 2023. But let's be realistic, they toured the US a lot, the 2019 tour even had 17 (!) shows instead of the regular 14. Slim

They certainly planned to announce Europe 2014 while being on tour in Australia, instead it got announced while they were on a forced break because the shows had to be postponed.

Just got home from Berlin an hour ago. What a show!! Got there easy with no traffic jams from Hamburg, found a parking place 15 mins from the venue, got Pit in Lucky Dip, went into the venue through a shorter side queue and got this amazing setlist and a band on fire!! Ranks up with the best days I've ever had in my life.

Every other show this summer has had at least three days in between, so cutting it to two days at this point might be testing their limits.
