I wouldn't put together the complete tour from 1997 until 1999 because the 1999-tour had a totally different structure.

Well, as I remember the situation in fall 2005, there were many ideas, where they might play in 2006, but no half-official rumours with dates and places. I know exactly that at the same day, some hours before the real dates were officially announced, I printed out a list with "sure" dates and places...with places like racetrack Hockenheim or AOL-Arena Hamburg...hmmm - two hours later I

Wonderfull! Anyway, I hate Halloween, also for not having any tradition here in Germany. Nevertheless, some people here use it for a senceless spinnery and bender, just awfull ;-(

In my opinion, it gets more difficult for them from year to year to go on tour in the old scheme, 100 gigs in 12 months or so. Why don't the make several, national tours, let's say, in 2008 some months in North America, but with much longer breaks between the shows. Then some months off, and than a national tour in a country like Germany, also with bigger breaks, and different types of

I guess, this tour must have been one of the most attended ones ever, right? At first, there were about 110 or 120 shows, and of course the 1,3 Mio gig in Rio. Has anybody exact or almost exact numbers?

Most of the fans don't like the studio-version too much, but the song got accepted, after been played on stage. But it's not overrated at all. For me, Start Me Up and Tumbling

I'm not concerned, but if the Stones even postpone the Beacon show due to Mick's voice-problems, they also will postpone the "unimportant" Vancouver show, isn't it? I don't know, if I'm right, and I hope for all visitors, coming from the region or even from all parts of the world, that my pridiction is totally nonsense; I know, how bitter postponed shows are, I

I've just seen a picture from 1997 or 1998, with Keith wearing his leopard-coat, so it must have been shot in the beginning of the show. But Keith played in this moment with his yellow Honky Tonk WOman/Brown Sugar Telecaster, and I've never seen him playing this guitar on Satisfaction. Or did he? Or was this photo shot on another gig, which did not open with Satisfaction?

Can anybody give me an information, which guitar Keith used on Monkey Man, Olympiahalle Munich June 4th, 2003...? Was it his black telecaster?

I guess it makes no difference, if the show is cancelled one day before the show or at the same day; people, who travell from far away to the concert, normaly arrive at the town one or three days before the show. I don't know, if Mick had this problem some days before, or if it came just at the day of the show. But this shows one thing: Mick gets ill, although the tourplan isn't that e

When I heared it for the first time 14 months ago, I liked it imediatelly, whereas it's a bit better, if it's done live. I can't understand, why Keith didn't play this song sometime in Europe, although, I liked Keith's set. Anyway, since the 90'ies, I like almost every song from Keith, not including "Loosing My Touch". Songs like "This Place Is Empty&q

For me, there are just few good numbers on Dirty Work: One Hit (To The Body), and maybe Had It With You and Sleep Tonight. In contrast, A Bigger Bang is a real showbag of rocking numbers, just with a marginal small number of songs I never listen to: She Saw Me Coming and Back Of My Hand. The rest is fine! So: IMO, A Bigger Bang is much better!

During this tour, I heard a lot of people bitching about Keith's set. Okay, a bit more viriety between two or three following shows would be better, but if you discount, how many diferent songs he played, you might be surprised. Bigger Bang: -Happy -Before They Make Me Run -Infamy -Little T&A -You Got The Silver -The Worst -Slipping Away -This Place Is Empty -Learning The Ga

Sorry for not posting a photo, but I coulb not find any, becuase I don't know the name of it... Keith used it on "Out Of Control" on the Bridges To Babylon-DVD, also sometimes on Midnight Rambler or Rocks Off in 1994/95. It has a blond colour, like his good old Honky-Tonk-Woman/Start Me Up-Telecaster, but it has a more roundish corpus. I'm pretty sure that many people can h

Thank you! I guess it's the same recording as it was posted some days ago here (just audio, though). But because of all these heads and light-towers, I couldn't make out one single moment, where I can see Keith's guitar. Which guitar used Keith for She Was Hot? Maybe his black Telecaster?
