Yes, but since the "Vegas" years as you called it starting with the Steel Wheels Tour in '89 they are actually playing more deaper cuts then they did when they toured before the post '82 hiatous. Off the top of my head these songs were recorded before '89 but weren't played live on a tour until the '89 and post '89 tour: I Got the Silver Monkey Man Sa

BV-I've posted this before but I'll post it again. Indy on the 4th was my first Stones show since Soldier Field 9/23/97. Had I seen the 7/4/2015 setlist before the show I would have went in dissapointed. There is also a perceived perception on here during the Periscope feeds that once the cowbell starts, the show is over. After going to a show I left with a much different impres

QuoteJuicedinNJ A clean recording of the first O2 show. The one I have has very little bass. Also a blueray / DVD / CD of Atlantic City '89. Forest Hills Tennis Stadium 1966 - my 1st show. MSG or Philly Spectrum 1972. JuiceinNJ-Not sure if you ever watched the show Mad Men or not but in one of the seasons Don Draper actually goes to this very show (It was right around 4th of July time)

1) A Full unedited concert from the 72 Tour. Lots of good ones to pick from. I'd go Houston because it has Dead Flowers! When they first started doing Vault releases in 2012, I thought for sure the '72 tour would be covered. Sadly, it was not. 2) El Macombo 1977 Both Shows. Odd that they have never released these because the demand seems quite high. 3) Wishful thinking here but

QuoteJumpinJeppeFlash No thank you, Mick Taylor is not a member of Rolling Stones. Agreed! Mick Taylor QUIT. Ron Wood wanted the job and took the job and is killing it on this tour. It's about time (after 40 years) that people move on from Mick Taylor and give Ronnie the credit he is due.

JumpinJeppeFlash-Any recomendation on a 72 show that is complete and all from the same night with good sound quality? I already have Dallas and Houston. The LA, NY, and Phili shows seem to all be 1-4 tracks from this night and then 5-8 from the morning show and the remainder from the evening shows. Looking for a complete show that is decent quality. I really wish the next Vault series would be

This is my favorite tour! What is the best sounding show (quality wise) of this tour? I have 6/25/72 Houston, 6/24/72 Ft. Worth, and 4/26/72 MSG. Is Philadelphia or Pittsburgh better quality? Are the other MSG shows better then 4/26? I really wish that the next vault release would be 6/25 Houston. But I'd be happy with any full concert from '72. I just prefer Houston because

LSTNT < ADLT Really a toss up but since I had already heard LSTNT live before, I'll go ADTL here. OOC > Just my Imagination I'll take a Stones original ofver a cover any day. Let it Bleed > Rocks Off Close but I'll give the edge to LIB Wild Horses < Moonlight Mile Never been a big WH fan but they did do a really nice vesion in Indy. I'll still go M

First Stones Show in 18 years! I'm glad everyone that wanted Let it Bleed is happy. Of the four songs that were available to vote on, that was the only one I had heard before. Love Let it Bleed, but wanted to hear one that I haven't heard live before. Dead Flowers or Respctable would have been killer! OK, here we go..... Three hour drive went pretty quickly. Weather was aw

I'm in Bronze, so the fewer fans the better for me. I've always wanted to go to a 4th of July/Halloween/New Years Eve show and have never had the opportunity. I was excited when this show was announced.

Agreed! Great Batch. Going with Dead Flowers but would be fine with Respectable or Let it Bleed as well!

Not a lot of Patriotic songs by the Stones for the 4th. So maybe they will go wit hthe car theme. Any bets on whether or Not Jagger will wear the Uncle Sam hat that he wore on the '69 Tour?

If they are not doing a sound check as some one mentioned, maybe that has something to do with it. I have no problem with Paint it Black or Street Fighting Man. Warhorses but tried and true. Sway or Dead Flowers would be a great Sticky Finger's choice.

Quotemgguy a friend popped in the driveway last night with an extra gold ticket, looks like I get to catch this tour after all! Heading over from north of cincy tomorrow. Weather looks perfect! Should be a great day. Heading over from Peoria. Probably skipping SOV and going in a little before RF take the the stage.

Quotejboug44 Politics and other stupid things aside. I'm only 28 years old. I've never seen the stones in person and honestly it almost got to the point I never thought I would. My girlfriend and I were ecstatic when we saw Indy was getting a concert. To be honest it kinda stinks seeing the negative Nancy's and such on here and around town. I just hope the fellow concert goers arou

Why is it all red? I think the Indy Logo would have looked great on a black t-shirt. Hope the poster T-shirt looks good.

Thank you for posting this! My mom is 64 years old and still is disappointed that she wasn't allowed to go to this show! Several years ago I gave her a pretty solid bootleg copy of the show. She listens to it all the time. To start the show, Jagger speaks in a fake Southern Accent and talks about what it is like to be in such a big town!

Quoteflacnvinyl This is the biggest missed opportunity for the Stones. Someone is paying some big money for these pop country acts to play this gig. Neither of these bands have 'earned' the privilege of opening for the Stones. Even worse, country music fans HATE this crap. Brad Paisley is outstanding, but this... This is junk. If I do go, I guarantee you I will just drive up with som

Quoteflacnvinyl The lineup is not getting stronger is it... No, actually for me they just made it worse. I have a three hour drive after the show. The Stones are normally slated to begin at 9 PM. However, we all know it is more like 9:15-9:20. The new revised lineup is SOV at 6:45, Rascal Flatts at 8:00, and The Stones at 9:30. I'm sure the Stones won't begin until 9:45-9:50ish.

When I was in my Senior year of college the Stones Opened up the BTB tour at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL. Several of us bought tickets and made the road trip to Chicago. No one in my group had seats together . We were spread out in different sections. My seat was on the end of an aisle. Blues Traveler opened and during the their set and the gap between bands a large group in my row kept lea

drbryant- I'm in the same boat. I plan to head back to IL that night as well. I'm hoping that most of the fans will stay to watch Fireworks while I skip out and head home. I have a lot of good memories of post concert road trips back home. I think my favorite is opening night of the Bridges to Babalon tour at Soldier Field in '97 and then driving back to the WIU campus in

Saw Cheap Trick on the Peoria Riverfront a few Summer's back. GREAT show. They do a nice mixture of the hits and a few deep cuts.

The combination of Rascal Flatts and the opening of the gates changing from 1 PM to 4 PM changes my plans a bit. I have a 3 hour drive from Peoria, IL to Indy. I was going to get there as the gates open at 1 tailgating and make a day of it. Now I plan on arriving around 6 PM. No tailgaiting now. Just a few pre concert beers. All in all though the opening band really isn't a big deal.
