This was the promo performance called live at Kilburn for Ronnie's I've Got My Own Album to Do. It's one of my favourite albums and the live performance is great. Andy Newmark on drums, Willie Weeks on bass, Macca on keyboards/piano and then keith and ronnie. Rod Stewart also makes an appearance. Highly recommend you watch the whole show! Very much worth doing. Also check out

@keithpinkmoon Is it possible to get a link or email of this version from you? Or if anyone would be so kind. I only have the versions in wrong pitch. Cheers!

video: Hey guys, If I stumble across little videos I haven't seen before I normally post them up here. This is a nice one of the three talking about the Love You Live album. Really relaxed, cool interview. Sorry if this has been posted before!

I love Ronnie's album! I think it is the most underrated album of all time.

Something a bit different maybe bad and ruin? Or rock me. It would have to be something Mick could sing. Sadly, it won't be happening anyway

Ronnie is the most successful musically IMO. He was part of a good band (jeff Beck) and an integral part of a great band before joining the stones (Faces). He wrote some great songs with Rod Stewart to help kick off Rod's career. His solo albums have been the best musical output (although not the most commercially successful, two different things). Not to mention Ronnie has had continu

Gotta be black and blue followed closely by goats head soup. Black and Blue I loved straight away and never understood why nobody liked it as much as I did. GHS slowly has grown on me.

Just stumbled over this. How many others have seen/watched this? When Ronnie plays his first song with Bo (around the 13:30 mark) the intro has got me so hooked. Bo's guitar tone is fantastic.

I love both ronnies, by themselves, together like this or in the faces together. They made some really fantastic music, especially their more folk/acoustic music. Is it just me, or is Ronnie Wood just amazing. Played in three great bands, some nice solo albums and collaborates well with so many such as keith, rod stewart, ronnie lane etc etc

Hi guys, I was wondering if there was anyone kind enough to share a link to download these somegirls sessions? Every link I have found has been dead so far and I have been searching for over an hour. It would mean a lot to me if somebody could point me in the direction of a functioning download link or if there were some way to purchase them. Cheers

I think Ronnie is underrated. But has anyone mentioned Lou Reed or Alex Chilton?

Has anybody else checked out the Rolling Stones Songbooks by the Andrew Oldham Orchestra? Some may know them as the musicians who were behind the version of the last time that was part of the legal problems with The Verve. For those who haven't heard of them, they are a group of musicians who have created more orchestral versions of stones songs under the direction of Andrew Oldham. They

Can I just say although his voice was nicer (same with Keith) in the 70s, Ronnie Wood is a better singer now than he has ever been in terms of technique and ability.

This is the Kieth I often miss. Just speaking his mind in his own unique way, rather than acting like his persona.

I think the heroin was only a contributing factor. I think the smoking was the biggest part. All the other drugs/booze factored in too. Think of Keith's voice on something like connection where he still has a nice voice compared to say 81/82. Same thing happened to Ronnie. His voice on faces tracks such as ooh la la or any of his tracks on igmoatd compared to his album 1234. I loved Mick

Just stumbled across this thread here and couldn't help but chuck a comment up here. I'm a fan under 25 and generally don't like much music released after say 1990. However, I do enjoy some aspects of coldplay and radiohead. Radiohead has gone way too electronic for me now and in typical coldplay fashion coldplay has gone and followed radioheads lead and gone down the toilet wh

That white denim track! Did not expect it. Nice to have something that comes straight at you frrm the get go. AND drums that are mixed well and don't sound like tin cans - something you don't always getting with modern drumming.

Keith on Exile or IGMOATD with Ronnie are my absolute favourites. Before Ronnie and Keef shot their voices they were great together

I have both the vinyl album and the live concert dvd. Both are quality! Love the album. Mystifies Me is one of my favourites both on the album and live. The First Barbarians live performance makes me wish Ronnie and Keef didn't smoke so they kept their voices for longer... However not many people are fans of Woody's voice I have found.
