Bjornulf,
Please keep these thoughts and pictures coming...
Rock on, my friend, and good health to you and yours!
Keep brushing your teeth with rock and roll.. Forum: Tell Me
Count me in as a huge fan.
Saw them three (only!) times live!
Very powerful. Very rock and roll. Totally underappreciated. Sadly missed. Forum: Tell Me
A valid point to be sure, R.
Saw them at Pine Knob, saw them at the Fox, will see them at Meadowbrook.
Seen Iggy solo a few times as well, but never the Stooges "back in the day",
so I'll see the Stooges now anywhere, any time I can! Forum: Tell Me
Holy Shit, I saw this show on Friday as well. What a fun concert. (R, you and I seem to travel in the same circles. Stooges next Tuesday?)
They rocked. Gillian is amazing, and the band had an obviously great time. Smiles all around. Really worth the price of admission.
Catch these guys if you can. I paid $20.50 to sit 12th row dead center. Nice. Forum: Tell Me
I saw this show last night in Detroit.
Don't believe the hype. It was bad. Arrogance at it's finest. If you haven't set foot on stage for over 20 years, you can't expect people to pay huge money to listen to all of your warhorses rearranged. Everything was slowed down, and boring. If you haven't bought a ticket yet, don't. If you have, do yourself a favor an Forum: Tell Me
I am not a doctor either, but I took my wife to one once.
Do you guys notice that his hands are trembling? He obviously can't even control the shakes anymore. What a shame. Forum: Tell Me
People, relax. Corporate gigs go on ALL THE TIME. Almost every band has done them, always quiet, always paid. No big deal.
Worry about something else.
I wish I worked for the bank. If our company had $5 million in the party budget, I'd hire the Stones in a second. Then I would invite whoever I wanted.
Rock on. Forum: Tell Me
