Quotematxil QuoteBliss Quotematxil QuoteBliss Article about new book Parachute Women I don't agree with the author's assessment of Anita. Past a certain point, her influence on Keith, her children and the RS was entirely toxic. Interesting read, thanks for posting. I don't agree with you. If men like Mick or Keith are tough and self-assured, and in the case of Keith, living

It’s just ok. SOUNDS wonderful on Black & Blue, the best sounding Stones record by quite a distance. But it never really goes anywhere. El Mocambo is a great version of a good song.

Quotebuffalo7478 at 86, guesting on a song is about as much as any musician can do. They’ll be “guesting” on their own album then; at this rate it’ll finally be out when they’re all in the mid 80s.

QuoteDandelionPowderman Quotebitusa2012 Quotebig4 18 years and counting is a false narrative. At the turn of the decade the band chose to start looking back and Mick added vocals and lyrics to roughly three albums wortb of material. I’ve never considered him anything BUT a great singer. Amazing voice. Some of his song selections a bit dubious, but then, that’s the same for everybody!!

QuoteGasLightStreet QuoteGerardHennessy Quotemicha063 QuoteGerardHennessy QuoteGasLightStreet Quotemicha063 Thy toured again since 2012 and their shows still are on top level. They have fun and enjoy doing it as we do. They earn a lot of money doing it, because millions of people went to see them live. They don't need a new album. And if it's not successful, they damage their extreme

QuoteFP I think some of the albums after are actually maybe stronger in content but I am not really a big fan of the sound of B&B or Some Girls (even if they have better songs overall). The SOUND of Black & Blue is OUTSTANDING. The last great sounding record by ANYONE I reckon. Clear, yet Stones-muddy in parts, loud , yet not compressed-loud wars loud, shimmery and sonically sensational

The interviewer heard it??? Quote: The dedication to quality and craftsmanship is evident in the final product. The album, which is yet to be titled, features a collection of tracks that showcase the Rolling Stones‘ signature sound while exploring new musical territories. Jagger expressed his excitement about the album, stating, “It’s a diverse collection of songs that reflects our growth a

QuoteGasLightStreet Let's put that into math: 20 is a bit precise, because in 2012 there was Doom And Gloom and Don't Stop. OK so let's say from 2013 onward: BLUE AND LONESOME in 2016 (barely). Living In A Ghost Town in 2019. Aside from the reissues and solo material, yeah, that's hardly anything - but given how they are these days (since 2005), it is what it

QuoteNilsHolgersson Quotetimmyj3 QuoteDiamondDog7 I love the Stones. But I think I'm one of the few who DON'T want to hear or care for a new album by the Stones! Another KR riff, another 'forced' MJ vocals, mediocre lyrics, no Charlie etc etc...All these elements on a new album? No, I pass. We're blessed with all those magical albums like Sticky Fingers, Exile, Beggars
