I was just thinking, and I know it's not going to happen, but since last night's Hurricane Sandy Relief concert was in New York and the Stones and McCartney performed at the concert, and the Stones are doing their PPV Saturday here, wouldn't it be great if McCartney showed up to do "I Wanna Be Your Man" with the Stones since they are doing the song on this tour. Hell, I

The answer is very simple - just listen to the music, and the sounds Brian made with the different instruments he played. It was 'love at first hear' for me.

I would love to hear the true stereo version of this song. I always loved this song. I still think it's one of Mick's best vocal performances.

Has anyone ever seen the Western TV series that Rod Serling wrote after the Twilight Zone went off the air? I forgot the name of it. I would love to see it as he was such a great writer. Rob

Has anyone seen this exciting World War II spy thriller that was produced my Mick Jagger called Enigma. I have to say it is one of the better World War II movies I have seen in a while. It was very well done. The movie takes place at Bletchley Park in England where some of the most brilliant minds worked on code breaking during the War. Anyone who has an interest in World War II or spy th

Quotesilkcut1978_ QuoteHis Majesty Or wait till it sells for less later on. Right now we are talking about a limited edition of 210 copies. I wouldn't wait any longer than 2 seconds to buy this gem. But ok, maybe there'll be an unlimited run as well... They are making more than 210 copies. Maybe it's 210 copies of each different movie cell used for the box set. And there are

Quotehockenheim95 Quotedadrob this is a bummer to me versus real live footage with synced sound...I will stick tot he Tami Show and all the TV appearances. But the Tami Show is not live too. It was recorded the day before. The TAMI show was live. The Stones were not lip synching. If they were it's the best lip synching performance I've ever seen. I don't know how this story g

QuoteCocaine Eyes I'm not certain - on 10th November it will be on DirectTV at 9pm. There will be talks by Kurt Loder and AOL as well during that broadcast. I guess what I'm saying is this - save your money; tape it from DirectTV rather than purchasing it!! Is DirecTV only showing the '2012' version? If they are then you will still want to purchase the DVD or Blu-ray

This is a video ABKCO released today about the restoration process that was done on 'Charlie Is My Darling - Ireland 1965'. You can see what an amazing job was done cleaning up the movie. A world of difference. I've seen this process with other older classic films like Alfred Hitchcock's 'Vertigo'. It's quite fascinating to see the difference.

Here is a cool article I found about the new movie "Not Fade Away". "Not Fade Away," the first feature film directed by "The Sopranos" creator David Chase, was somewhat shrouded in mystery before its world premiere, but what was known about the basic story was that it was set in the 1960s and it was about a struggling New Jersey band that was greatly influence
