Good choice of songs,there are better versions of both songs, but they are performed decently.

This wasn't a show for the hard cores, Stoneage. JJF would be a perfectly good choice for fans of the other acts, don't you think?

I'm not so sure about You Got Me Rocking, though, although the title could be a good one for the victims of "Sandy", I dunno.

What did you expect ? Citadel and 100 Years Ago ? I thought it would be Start Me Up and JJF. But you're right - their choice was too obvious.

You Got Me Rockin' is a head-scatcher for sure, but credit where it's due: Keith Richards and Ron Wood were tremendous. Best Keith I've seen so far this year.

Well, the Stones did what they were supposed to do in just 10 minutes stage time: They were rocking the house down - there was simply no time for any subleties....like Moonlight Mile or the like...

And the setlist followed the pattern of their full-length shows: New songs in the first half, oldies in the home-run second half of the show....!

I think they were trying to get the hell out of there so has not to screw things up...great performance and shrewd move

Either way, there are multiple uploads on youtube, just search for "rolling stones sandy"--it'll turn up.

I thought they nailed it . Sound was damn good but there were a couple of places where things didnt sync up. Keith misses a few strums and then hooks up. But for the most part he seems like hes' playing behind the beat. Ronnies slide sounded great. Ronnies slide never sounds that good. but he was right on. What gives? Digital dropout on HD. Not having the replays here in the US means ive got to think about this shit all day long. Charlie good tonight. Loved it.

Of course I do, even if it is one of the strong warhorses. I would prefer Sister Morphine, Monkey Man or another song which is not played so often, but this was not a Stones audience, so JJF is a better choice than SMU or IORR.

All the actual digital rips from the live feed can't be watched in the USA. Only "shot from off the TV" videos are viewable. Would be nice to see a clean copy direct from the broadcast....
