I thought it was alot, but I guess in terms of ticket prices that makes the most sense. It seems like a lot, but you also can't make it just $25 I would assume.

QuoteRoscoe How far is the Amtrak station from the Prudential Center? Even if it's a walkable distance, is it safe? I'm guessing not. As you see, its very close, and Yes, its very safe. For a concert, there are police around on every block for awhile. There aren't crimes near the arena. You are very safe to walk there. The unsafeness in Newark is grossly overexaggerated. And I

Charlie Watts. Simply because I love Charlie and I think he has nothing to lose by telling EVERYTHING about the Stones honestly. And he's always been with them, at least during their career proper.

Not that I don't think there will be a bigger regular tour next year, but I live in the NJ/NY area. I'm not going to the Prudential shows anyway, but because one of the few first shows are in my area, does it lessen the change there will be other shows on the regular tour (seeing as it might be difficult at their age for them to hit as many markets as usual)? Would they do another stand

I certainly wouldn't pay $815 for that, but I'd love to pay $150 for pretty good seats to see that setlist. Its a solid set, the ticket prices are just gonna prevent me from going this time. Also, you only miss so much if they're gonna show one of the 4 shows live on TV. I can invite my friends over and blast the stereo and have almost as much fun as I would at the concert for a mu

QuoteGreen Lady QuoteRollingFreak Apparently its because the Prudential Center allowed them to be able to make the second show a pay-per-view event. So I'm guessing this pay per view will not be available outside the US? Even if its not, it'll show up on the internet for free less than 24 hours later.

I would guess if Wyman were to guest, they'd play something early. Like Under My Thumb or something that really goes back and features Bill prominently. For Taylor, I would guess they would think they'd play something like Sway that really showcases the Taylor era. Maybe one rarity like that and then a classic like Brown Sugar or Its Only Rock And Roll or something.

Doubtful. I would guess an hour and 45-2 hours. Anything over would be very surprising for them, simply because of age I would think. Unless there's an intermission or something so they could take a break. I think the pricing is just because they can milk it, not because it'll be a longer show.

I don't think there will be another Stone anymore, especially not this late into the game. Ronnie was the last one, and honestly, at that point they were still usually a 5 piece touring band. Other people were there live, but it was still those 5 that were highlighted. They had to acknowledge Ronnie as a new Stone, and on top of that he was well known for the Faces and Rod Stewart. Their rhy

I think at this point, its ridiculous to charge over $200 for the best seats, and even thats insane. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Realistically, matched with their peers, I would say top price should be $150. Go down from there. But over $200 for normal seating is just mind boggling. The most I'll pay to see them this tour is $150, if that. Its simply not worth that price i

QuoteMartinB Absolute radio (UK) said to expect "a big news" about Stones on Monday around lunch time. Makes sense. The 3 hours and 36 minutes tweet would come at 7 AM on the US East Coast, and I believe 1 PM British time.

QuoteGazza QuoteRollingFreak Its really as simple as that? Doesn't even seem like there was any initial reason to edit anything. Wouldn't it have just been easier for them to just rip the audio and stick it on there? No work necessary lol. QuoteDandelionPowderman Download it from FF. Use a free software/rip Eh, its not worth all the trouble. I would have done that for other songs on Four Flicks like Star Star, Heartbreaker, Stray Cat Blues as well. Just seems too time consuming and I don't really need them. Just figured this might be out there somewhere that would be easy to get. Thanks for suggestion!

QuoteSend It To me this has been discussed before. during the london concert the band got out of time and the song fell apart, so they included that performance but cut the flub. don't ask me why they didn't just use a performance from a different night. I see. Makes sense, but yeah, your suggestion is better. Or not include it. There was certainly more they could have chosen from. Th

I'm sure this has been asked and answered on here many times but the question just came to me. I'm listening to Live Licks and I always hate how that version cuts out a section in the middle. And it seems odd because they play that section on the Stadium disc of Four Flicks, and thats where I assume this recording came from. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems odd that they'd play t
