QuoteStonedRamblerThis seems to be the Hollywood FL show of the European tour. Yup, I was just thinking that. Previous shows at this venue in 1965, 1982, 1998, 2014

QuoteMore Hot Rocks QuoteCooltoplady I lot of hate on this board. Why start a post because you don’t like a song? I thought the same thing. People start a post because they hate a song. Go figure. Again, I’m not seeing this person who used the word “hate” —- I can’t think of any Stones song I actually “hate.” Hell, I can’t think of any song in the history of popular music where I’d describe “

People bitching about Brown Sugar being dropped from the setlist —- you’d really rather hear another tired Brown Sugar instead of that smokin’ reboot of 19th Nervous Breakdown?

“Yeah, so I don’t get it, I mean, it’s not really The Rolling Stones anymore” Not sure what that even means. Frankly, I could give a shit what they call themselves. With all due respect to Mick Taylor, Bill Wyman, Ian Stewart, Brian Jones and Bobby Keys — The Rolling Stones are Mick & Keith. Just like when push comes to shove The Who is Pete & Roger, Zeppelin is Page & Plant, and T

Have you guys been following the discussion on the Steve Hoffman forums? Every single new release all they do is complain about compression and reverb. I’m not even saying I disagree completely but it’s just so tiresome and repetitive.

For those with Amazon music, the quality is ridiculous, the Ultra HD is lossless FLAC audio at 24-bit/192kHz. I haven’t tried the Dolby Atmos yet. I get why some people are annoyed with Clearmountain mixes — he definitely leans towards treble and reverb. I personally like this sound, but I understand where people are coming from.

Quotecrholmstrom QuoteEddieByword Amazing............ .........all I'd like now is Knebworth and a complete '76 tour show and I'll be well pleased. Knebworth wasn't the easiest gig for them as they had to follow a smoking hot Lynyrd Skynyrd. Those boys came to play! Ronnie pushed the guitar players out on the tongue of the stage which they had been forbidden to trod upon. T

It is really mind boggling that they have this kind of material sitting in the vault for 40 years. A multitrack recording of rare club shows with very interesting set lists…..and it just collects dust? For a band that’s never been shy about maximizing their earnings you really have to scratch your head. The Grateful Dead has led the pack for decades making live vault material readily available bu
