Surprised barely one talks about Havana Moon. Sure performance wise it won't keep up with concerts when they were younger but the film is absolutely stunning. It's one of the best concert films ever made IMHO. And they never seemed to have so much fun playing together.

I regret not seeing Havana Moon at the cinema in my hometown. It was shown one night only. Tickets were 30 euros which felt a bit pricey at the time.

Haven't purchased the blu-ray yet but the clips I've seen on youtube look really good. Playing wise it sounds more inspired than Sweet Summer Sun.
Havana Moon seems a bit more loose and relaxed playing-wise than SSS. They have been touring four years in a row then and it was a well oiled machine by then so they could just enjoy themselves and the whole event and I think that's really the vibe of the concert. Also Mick has improved as a singer and frontman from 2013 till 2016 in my opinion. Maybe tempo-wise 2013 was a bit faster, but on some songs like Brown Sugar I even like the slower versions on Havana Moon better. It's like they're really leaning into the performance, really working it out.

Wasn’t Paradiso released on its own accord or was that O’lympia?? At the very least wasn’t it a vinyl Dutch only exclusive?

STILL LIFE has a spirit to it that is not found on any other live albums. That's part of what keeps it ranked high for me, yet alone the songs on it, regardless of how shoddy or excellently they are played.

100% agree. The energy is fabulous. I still remember the rush hearing it for the first time.

The list is really good but Leeds 82 should be San Jose 99. And I prefer the Tokyo 90 performance over Atlantic city.
