I have NO IDEA why he would not be included!!! Every single person I know that saw these Gigs felt it was the highlight of the show seeing him back playing with the band. They wanted to see even more shows because of his inclusion. It makes no sense to me unless it has to do with the attention he was getting from the 2 or so songs he was allowed to play on.
