Absolutely no disrespect Sicilian, but when I watched that stuff I was thinking master class and Ace don't really belong in the same sentence. I guess you've got to be a Kiss fan to appreciate it...or something.

Perhaps Malcolm Young could move me with such relatively simple instructional stuff, he's got a bit of rock and roll soul that Ace seems to lack, imo.

None taken, though Guitar World has a much higher opinion of his playing than you want to give him. You don't have to be a fan of the group to appreciate his style.
The video was meant to teach chords and nuances of that particular song, not a dichotomy of the talent of rock and blues musicians. I think both musically and verbally, he articulated that point perfectly.
