He certainly is. So is the whole band. There are different mixes of that peformance and the one posted is a good one. When I think of the greatest performances of the band THAT one immediately jumps to mind. A performance for the ages.
It has been pointed out before, but THAT performance demonstrates a difference in vision between Keith and Taylor. During the L&G performance Keith clearly shuts down Taylor's lead to the point where he demonstrates to Taylor what he wants played (as if Taylor doesn't "get it"). A little over a year later Taylor's vision prevailed and we have this marvelous performance.
Did Jagger approve? You bet he did! "Keep on doin' it!"
