Mick puts out all kinds of shit. Paul Mccartneyspent most of the 1980's puting out shit. Neil Young and Van Morrison release tons of stuff, shit or not. There is only so much time and people want to hear Keith's songs. What's he afraid of?

In all honesty much of Keith solo stuff is available in bootlegs and is not that great, if he was to release it to the public it may sell even less than Jagger's last effort..IMO.
