Chris, maybe you accidentally right clicked "block Images from H.M.photobucket..."

Yeah, they weren't showing for me either for awhile, but it appears that all is well with my photobucket account again. :-)

it almost looks like bill is singing along in those paris '67 shots. I like that... in later years, keith rarely goes near him, and even mick normally gives him his space.

correction! the 1967 Venice Film Festival, where A Degree of Murder was being shown
(according to Dezo Hoffman, who took some very similar shots, and maybe that one too)

Tim - since the experts are on, I can tell you the I believe it's Rome 1967, not sure if it's June or August. I think Anita might have been filming Barbarella. Not sure of the photographer, but I think it might be Gerard Malanga.

What you can't tell from that photo is Anita's shirt, skirt and hat are bright pink and bright purple. It's a pretty wow outfit in color.

Keith looks FANTASTICALLY sexy in that photo. He wants her, he wants her bad. Plus I love the way his arm looks, not too much muscle, just toned, I like that. He's way yummy.

smile: it must be Photo Mystery Week. is Dezo Hoffman around to answer a few questions? :E

meanwhile, here are a couple i have listed as Italy, august 67, but i'm not sure that's right.
Dezo Hoffman got around, and since he was a news photographer i understand him being at Cannes,
but i'm not sure i get why he'd be in Italy.

correction! Dezo was in Italy for the same reason Keith & Anita were: the Venice Film Festival

Here's a couple of 'technicolor' pics from the same time as above taken from the wonderful rollingstonesitalia.com site, which seems to support the theory that they are from Rome rather than Cannes.

Yeah I think that is the bigsby burst as there appears to be more than just a tailpiece.

i was thinking the same thing...the cannes photos are pretty nice too...

okay, i looked it up in a Dezo Hoffman book and he says those shots i posted up there
are from the Venice Film Festival - Dezo isn't always great at identifying his shots,
but that makes some sense! they also include this one here, which is clearly the same occasion
as the one timbernardis posted, and the technicolour ones from HM (thanks HM!):

yes, well, that became clear only with Rockman's additional shots (or with prior knowledge). No mic was in view in the shot I was commenting on... not to mention that bill's mouth was only partly open. But that's probably the way he "sang" "In Another Land," too!
