I think "It's Only Rock 'n Roll" should be written with the same font as on the cover of the IORR magazine.

Love your new stuff, Ablett. Are those photos copyright-material?
Saw you had it in you! Great. (Anita and I will mail / post our suggestions next week. Too much work in the office - but we plan to get drunk this weekend, play some Stones-albums, drink vodka and cranbery-juice and get inspired...) All the best.

Nice to see I've got your approval Tralala....

Still a shame you can't let everyone see your work!

Have a good weekend......

As you can read above - we'll mail / post (both , since BV will need originals) our suggestions next week. So, we're doing both, ok.

I made this one with the "Rolling Stones Withstand" as the clear inspiration. I also used Ablett's logo because it's very cool.

Looks like this on a t-shirt.

We treat every "client" well... They all get the original artwork and can use it for their intended purpose. And also, if it's going to be printed on a t-shirt, it's a good idea to bring it to the company who's going to print them shirts... You probably have to do the same thing with your entries!
Now - have a nice weekend. Gotta work now!

Kent - it looks great,
but you need the 'org' bit, of the web address, added.

another fine design, Ablett! those images may indeed be copyrighted but since LDCommunications
gave permission for a bunch of them to be reproduced, maybe they'd agree to a tshirt?
they're easy enough to contact, anyway: [www.ldcommunications.co.uk]

meanwhile, in case an onstage image might be worth considering:

- Omaha, jan 29th 2006 by Jim Pietryga

Jim is a fan and might agree to using that one on a shirt ... i'm sorry it's not a European show, though!

or ... not a stage shot, obviously; and i have no idea who took it or where to seek permission,
but [a] it's Europe and i love it:

yeah- the main man wants the 'org'
and that Omaha photo is great!

It actually adds something nice because the top was a bit empty I think. It needs a little something in the bottom I think. Right below the "Made in" and the "Norway" there's some small black spots that clearly need filling. I don't know what to put there. Looks like this now:

This was the one that was used as inspiration for the logo (Reference for people who don't know it):

so you can see what you could do with it? (my "line-art conversion" was just casual horsing around)

Maybe : "Made in Norway" - "Enjoyed Worldwide"

I thought about something along those lines. Problem is that it wouldn't fit in there. It kindda needs to be some sort of picture. Like a custom made tongue or something.

okay here you go Ablett - i've also put out feelers to make sure Jim wouldn't mind iorr using it this way:

- Omaha, january 29th 2006 by Jim Pietryga

there are also other brilliant photographers who post on the fan boards
and who have taken great great shots this tour -
maybe some of us have contact with some of them and could easily ask
if they have any of all four that might be good for these purposes?

Yeah, sounds a brilliant idea. Let me know how you get on....
