1.Detroit 1981- Santanna and Iggy Pop warmed up, my first Stones shows! Was totally general admission and I was in high school. Both a scary and incredibly exciting event for me.
2. Singapore 40 Licks Tour March 24, 2006- CAN'T YOU HEAR ME KNOCKING! What more can be said! Oh, and front row didn't hurt as well! Singapore is where you actually can still get good tickets because there is NO scalping at all, and not much of the corporate reserved bullshit!
3. Vodoo Lounge opening night DC.
4. No Security Miami- You Got the Silver and Some Girls! And Midnight Rambler on the B Stage...sublime!
5. Steel Wheels 1989- First night in Wisconsin. Their re-birth and they played such an incredible cross selection of their stuff. I was shocked to hear 2000 Light Years from Home!

Naw, we were driving around the Paladium in circles as wild teens in some GIANT 60's slightly beat up White Caddy (wish I had that thing today, what a design - fins, 100 feet long - haha - could drive it through IRAQ today with very little damage) TRYING to figure out how to get in, looking for a scalper type or something and a car on the right pulled up - on the small street off of Sunset (might have been a van with windows or a station wagon) and it turned out to be Mick Taylor next to the window (and I don't know who else, since I was driving and it was up to my stoned out buds to keep an eye out - haha - Stevie Wonder would have been better but he was opening for them instead) then the M.T. wagon/van pulled into the lot and we were told to keep going by an agressive traffic cop. The closest I got to the show was buying the Boot of it that came out later. A lot of my friends went to the Long Beach Arena show (was that it?) right before the Forum shows. Those were the days, the whole of Southern California was Stones crazy.....Hilburn was right there with his review....ahhhhhh........long gone...

1982 when it was all new to me and the only albums I had were Hot Rocks and Emotional Rescue. Now most of the tired warhorses put me to sleep. I still look forward to the surprises in the early part of the set.

Atlanta 2005 - Front row at the b-stage. 2 or 3 feet from both Mick and Keith. "Get Off Of MY Cloud" was a highlight. Great "Wild Horses", too.

Charlotte 1999 - No Security. Got "Imagination", "Route 66", and "Rambler" on the b-stage. Other highlights: "Some Girls" and "Memory Motel" (my favorite song of all time). Nice setlist mix, guys, hint, hint!

Atlanta 1994 (second night) - 10th row center. "It's All Over Now" & "Far Away Eyes"

Orlando 1981 - My first Stones show - "Time Is On My Side", Under My Thumb", and "Little T & A".

Keef and the Winos - Atlanta 1988 - First Winos show ever and at the Fox to boot. "Connection" and "Too Rude" among many.

All the rest. Stones 9 times, Keith once, Ronnie once, Barbarians once.

Hey sdstones, I was there oakland opening night '99, no security tour. 1st and only time in my life I have been in the front row for a concert. GREAT show, moonlight mile,some girls, you got the silver, undercover, midnight and sympathy for the encore. Now that was a setlist.

Nice question, I've only seen 5 shows (so far). But now I've to put them in order...

1. Utrecht, Vredenburg 03. It won't get any better than that.
2. Paris, SDF 06 (concert and general experience both GREAT.)
3. Rotterdam, Kuip 03 (II) (great experience two days after my first show. And I thought that first one was great??? How naïve...)
4. Amsterdam, Arena 06 (Glad I was at Paris too, but the performance was very good)
5. Rotterdam, Kuip 03 (I) (My first show)

It is hard to list a show that was played in the Amsterdam Arena. The sound is SO horrible. If you manage to find a spot with little to no echo, like we did, still the pure quality of the acoustics is so low... But I think it was played very very well, and we had nice company around us, and we got Sway, Bitch, Slipping Away and Get Off Of My cloud.
In 2007, they should play the Arena only if other choices (Kuip, Ahoy, Groningen) are available too. In fact, they should not play the Arena at all, but that will never happen.

5) San Siro Stadium 11/07/2006...Good to see Keith back.
