Red Hot Chili Peppers - Stadium Arcadium Foo Fighters - The Colour and The Shape (Ok, so it's 9 years old. I don't care) The Darkness - Permission To Land Jet - Get Born Towers Of London - Blood, Sweat & Towers Velvet Revolver - Contraband
Not new, but I just picked up the Libertines "Up the Bracket" the other day. Would have liked to see them a couple years ago, but wouldn't give a nickel to see Doherty these days.

Yeah...they all try to be Keef....but are just not cut out for it ;-)
Fiona Apple, Extraordinary Machine. She's a girl with soul, a very special voice, great lyrics, and the band is awesome. I was not convinced by her two first albums, but this one is amazing, especially the title track and "Tymps (the crazy in the head song)".
Also, it's older but I discovered it recently, the original Dixie Chicks "Thank Heavens for Dales Evans". Faltless, groovy, authentic, fab country!

Seeing them tomorrow, they're Pearl Jam's support act in the Gelredome, Holland.
Nice to see Andrew WK and the Hotnights mentioned.
Some of mine over the last few years . . .
Bigger Bang Oasis - Heathen Chemistry (much better than Don't Believe The Truth, in my opinion) Hives - Veni, Vidi, Vicious Green Day - American Idiot The Thrills - So Much For The City Supergrass - Road To Rouen Cheap Trick - Rockford - is also really solid.
I really need to pick up the new Primal Scream - the single's great. Same with the Dolls' new one.
