Hard time for scalpers in Nice!

The French National TV news, France 2, said to-night that about 4000 (four thousand) tickets were not sold two hours before the gig. How can this have happened? Each time the Stones came to Nice, it was sold out. Besides Nice is a famous resort and there are lots of tourists in town at this time of the year.
What are the main reasons about such a bad selling?
Bad time for scalpers and good time for real fans.
