Shane MacGowan & Popes - Christmas Lullaby
I remember when I lived in England back in '87, and when that Pogues tune was released as a single it was
seemingly on every jukebox in every pub and played pretty much much non-stop throughout the entire Christmas season.
Listening again right now takes me back 30 years...packed in a pub staying warm with the smell of ale and cigarettes.
Here's another pub jukebox staple released around the same time, and although a bit poppy sounding now, it brings back loads of memories.
George Harrison - Got My Mind Set On You
Which reminds me of my favorite track on that album:
George Harrison (ft. Eric Clapton) - Cloud Nine

After AC/DC, listen to The Strokes. This was a great find.
