I'm listening to Bukowski read his own work; It's it's own kind of music. and sometimes very powerfully so...but i'm getting ready to listen to Americana LP in full AGAIN. I've just been listening all through that one several times these last two days or so since Christiano left the link....Ray Davies still writing from the inside out; still driven, still passionate, still NEEDING to do what he naturally does and with such finesse, class and power; write searching, reaching songs, and creating such a beautiful sonic enviornment with such a good little band too! This could very well be another 'masterwork'....even on the level of Arthur, Village Green...Lola vs Powerman and etc...
