It's a cage match between two mediocre rockers! I choose Rough Justice. ONNYA is simply boring - if they play it in Paris or Brusells, look for Nikkibong to intone, "Oh No, Not Oh No Not You Again, Again!
RJ at least has some pop. ONNYA is a bit boring IMCO.

I liked Oh No Not You Again when I first heard it, but it got pretty boring after a while. I still enjoy Rough Justice. Oh No Not You Again is too loud, too messy. Rough Justice is a real Stones tune, with Keith driving the song and Mick's awesome vocals. My favorte part is the "first time I saw you baby"-bit, where they've come out of the chorus. It's very energetic. Also, like mr eddie mentioned, Ronnie's slide is hot!

I don't agree.. the live version of Oh No Not You Again is even worse. Rough Justice works fine live. But Oh No Not You Again is so messy. If you're gonna do a song like that, make it TIGHT, like When The Whip Comes Down.
ONNYA - I saw the virgin performance at the Press Conference - (wow was that a year ago?) it was @#$%& histerical hearing MICK singing those lyrics for the first time, @#$%& up my life, staring down your tits, the whole song is hysterically funny!! What made it even funnier was there were hundreds of TV cameras and radio broadcasters who had no idea what was coming out of MICK's mouth next! You should have seen them scrambling - MICK was enjoying the shock factor, but the song wasnt delivered quite right, and MICK made a comment at the end, the examiners at Julliard would have failed them, lol. Funny thing about this song is that I knew it right away, it stays with you as a simple predictable basic STONES tune with few surprises.
but
I prefer ROUGH JUSTICE I'll put my lips to MICK's hips baby any day of the week! I love the lyrics and its an interesting song, much more interesting live, Ronnie spices it up, KEEF too, MICK will never break my heart, and its a great song, I absolutely love it!!!

You managed to both bug and bore me man. RJ all the way. ONNYA a close second. Mediocre? I don't think so....
I love the drums in this song and I find the chorus to be extremely catchy. I also love the guitar in the verses. Those 30 seconds or so of drums at the end though are so powerful
I have got to say ONNYA is far superior. The riff that drives Rough Justice is repetitive & monotonous and there is not much to the lyrics although Wood's solo is good.I would say that it is just a notch above mediocre. ONNYA,on the other hand, sounds like a trademark Stones rocker with lyrics that tell an amusing story that most people (men at least) should be able to relate to.It combines elements of songs like Whip,Lies,Respectable,& Summer Romance with elements of songs like IORR & Star Star.I find it way more convincing than Lies for example. What else do you want from the Stones? There's always a place on Stones albums for songs like this.
rough justice is a nice riff, but seems like a joke of a song to me. when i saw the stones in toronto this fall, oh no not you again totally ripped the roger's center open from the b-stage. sounded amazing live, whereas rough justice sounded much more low key.
