I've been checking the ASCAP website for some days before finding those tracks, but I can't be sure of the date they appeared there.
Registration of these tracks at German GEMA was on 21-Aug-2023. See above. GEMA says btw 'original title' (Originaltitel).

For all we know, they were registered by someone based on the chatter that originated here.

Just checked Amazon US - no Hackney Diamonds tees or sweatshirts but, oddly, a bunch of throw pillows are for sale w/ uninteresting designs. Amazon US

Have you registered them as Promopub? Pretty sure that means something.

Isn't ASCAP for UME and BMI for Polydor?

I don't think they would register fake song titles.

So many of those rumored song titles are clichés...

I have registered song titles at ASCAP. It’s free.
I am not discounting the titles. Personally, I think they’re pretty bad.
But that means nothing.
Have you checked BMI?

Why not? And on the album release day they send ASCAP, SACEM and GEMA just an update. The unique and true ISWC-Code (and the other data) remain, except the updated track title.

Is that standard practice in the industry?

Maybe they'll change Driving Me Too Hard back to Drive Me Too Hard!

For me Dreamy Skies sounds like the Macca song.
