It's not.

I get the title sort of… Glass, diamonds… Shattered etc. A broken band because of CW. I just don’t get the Hackney thing. It’s a borough in London and I think Marc Bolan and Sid Vicious are from there… I just don’t see the connection.

Think ‘Hackney carriages’ (London taxis). It’s meant to be nostalgic-sounding, I suspect. ‘Est. 1962’, etc.
