Are you thinking of the actual music (the notes), the rhythm, both or just the general vibe of it all?
For me it's a stretch, but when the harmonica kicks in there might be an island-feel there. I've never thought about it that way, though.
Maybe I feel differently about this track from now on, hehe

I have a Stones reggae mix that includes "Start Me Up" when it was still "Never Stop" and also "I Can Feel The Fire"....come at me!!!
Most of what has been listed and maybe these:
Cracking Up live 77
Truly by the New Barbarians
Too Rude live at the Palladium (so much better)
Serious Love 1978 as nice transition music...
Careless Ethiopians (Toots with Keith)
Pressure Drop (Toots with Keith)
and beyond that:
Stand Firm (same album as Walk and dont look back)
Bush Doctor (")
How Do You Do Africa (New Barbarians sort of?)
I also enjoyed adding Wingless Angels "What A Joy" although that may not have a Stone on it...or a coherent Stone...
Have fun with it!
