Today I got an e-mail from them that they realized the chargeback and that I have to pay the money back within 7 days or they will fine me... With no given reason.

Because you still have the valid Voucher. You can have only one thing: Money back OR the Voucher - but not both.

Believe me, I will not use the voucher (I think you believe me :-)

Tell them that the Voucher is useless for you - since it's only valid for Argo-concerts. Try to achieve that the issuer of the Voucher declares the Voucher invalid and that you can keep in return the Money.
Tell them that you'll never attend a different Argo-concert and that you've bought the Ticket only for the specific concert.

I gave all those things to the bank and they obviously agreed I was right. And of course I told the bank I got the "voucher." I told the bank everything and everything was true.

Yes, but your Bank is not the Tour-promoter or the Ticket-issuer. I think you'll need a lawyer to solve the problems. You alone against Eventim works probably poor ....

Get the credit card on file cancelled and have them reissue. You have the money back, they will void the voucher on their own. With no valid credit card and you being out of country there is nothing they can do.

I finally got a refund from Vividseat for my 3 tickets for the Buffalo show. At first, Vividseat refused to refund my tickets based on their policy (show postponed = no refund).
I complained to Visa and they took charge of the problem. Visa told me that my complain was raised within 80 days from purchasing date, so I was eligible for a refund. They contacted Vividseat. It took a couple of months and I honestly didn't hope that I would be refunded. To my surprise, 2 weeks ago, I got full refund.
Thanks Visa ;-)
What strikes me is the issue of the voucher that is worthless as in what show/tickets could you apply it to during COVID-19 ?Quote

I told them that 2 months ago. I got a reply - that there was only one producer of the concert - Argo Konzerte. This is an absolute lie. Luckily I had scans of the tickets. Live Nation is writen 5 times (!) on each of them. What more can I do?

I didn't do the chargeback, the bank did. And they didn't do it right away. It took three months after we started to talk about it and one month after I sent them the last evidence - scans of the tickets and the eventim e-mail about the "one producer" thing plus the contradiction with the German law.
Eventim had obviously one month to give its statement before the bank did the chargeback. But it is me who is being threatened now. Sorry, I really can't feel guilty, I did all that I could and much more.

Wow, and incredible as who knows when COVID-19 will be over and when people can safely gather together in large numbers . COVID-19 has really exposed how scummy and seedy the concert touring industry really is and as always folks I can't stress this enough across the board about everything -buyer beware !Quote

The Voucher is worthless in that sense that there's no alternative Show in which the original buyer is interested in (the original show is cancelled). The other Shows provided by Argo Konzerte are simply boring.
The Voucher is intended for Shows past COVID-19 (not during).

...three weeks after I got my chargeback after fighting with eventim for almost 4 months I have to say it is not over...
Today I got an e-mail from them that they realized the chargeback and that I have to pay the money back within 7 days or they will fine me... With no given reason. Would you believe it? They are threatening me. I have contacted my bank for an advice...
Please, avoid eventim.de. They are not only scams, they are criminals.

would it be possible that the original buyer who listed the ticket on, say Vividseats, gets a refund for the ticket on Ticketmaster?

Would that be possible?

All I was wondering is: because Ticketmaster is giving refunds for postponed events as we speak, but the resales sites are not, might there be an opportunity for scammers to exploit this?
