I was at the Miami show. As we exited, "I Say a Little Prayer", done by Aretha Franklin, was playing. At the time, I felt that was chosen to wish us well during the approaching hurricane. I'll never forget the rain beginning during Gimme Shelter. What a visual it was to see Mick through the rain drops escorting Sasha back down the slippery catwalk.

Let’s move refund talk to it’s own topic and save this space to anticipation of the return of The Rolling Stones live in 2020!

However, looking at those orders today, both still show ‘Request A Refund’ buttons so I was wondering if the requests are actually being processed.

I've been wondering about that too. Live Chat rep today said 'if you got the "it will take 30 days" message then it is being processed' but I don't completely believe it.

Wow that's strange that some shows are offering refunds while others aren't?
Double verified...actually triple verified that San Diego is refundable, and indeed it is - after clicking refund request the first day, I opted for the online chat after having doubts.
Could take up to 30 days for refund, but it does say "Your order has been canceled" in my account which I think is a good sign.
Not so sure about Dallas where I had Lucky Dips - I did click on the refund request the first day, and the next day did a chat request, but will double/triple/quadruple check later...
EDIT: Dallas not showing "cancelled" yet as San Diego is, but don't have time to chat right now on TM...will do later

All are postponed, none are cancelled.

Amtrak refunded my travels bookings for the tour this summer 100%. I phoned their international number, and much to my surprise, there was an agent on the phone in less than a minute! I said I needed to cancel my Amtrak travels in May/June. He asked why. I told him I was banned from travel from Norway into USA, based on the current virus situation. Then he refunded all my travels 100%. Since the Norwegian currency (NOK) has been loosing value by some 20% vs the US dollar due to the falling oil price the past few weeks, I did actually get NOK 2.800 extra in return, which is equivalent to US $255.
I was looking forward to do the great long travels by train from San Diego to Vancouver, then further on to Minneapolis etc, but sadly there will not be any tour.
BV, were your original Amtrak bookings flexible/refundable? I have a couple of non-refundable bookings, I wonder if it is worth trying?

I am thinking positive right now.The Rolling Stones could tour from the
beginning of September to the beginning of November. The last concerts of the tour could be in Detroit,Atlanta, and Tampa,or San Diego.
Hopefully they will tour in 2020.That is about 5 1/2 months from now.

A warning about Ticketmaster ‘refunds.’ I finally dedicated myself this morning to sorting out my ticket refunds. Was able to get reps to put refunds through for Detroit and Buffalo. For Vancouver - refunds aren’t being permitted by the promotor at this time.
I have 2 other TM orders - Stones in Charlotte and a show here next month that is postponed - and I was able to request a refund from my TM account last week for both. However, looking at those orders today, both still show ‘Request A Refund’ buttons so I was wondering if the requests are actually being processed. Was able to confirm the Toronto refund is in process. But for Charlotte...I was told that the promoter is not permitting refunds. I escalated the issue and there’s no budging them. I pointed out the scores of people who will have requested refunds and will be sitting patiently, expecting the funds to be credited to their cards, and the corporate f*ckery in general, to no avail. If you’ve used this option and think you’ve got a refund coming to you...check again.
Yeah, there are bigger issues right now, but this is beyond lame.
This is the email address for TM complaints, if you feel that a futile gesture is in order: [email protected]

Guns n Roses are still selling tickets for a European tour that was due to start on May 20th in Portugal with no announcements regarding postponement or cancellation.

At least the stones made an announcement and are issuing some refunds.

Is not this tour and all the Cohl tours of the past handled by the same promoter?

No, the Tours 2013-2020 were promoted by the Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) - [www.RollingStone.com] .

I worded my post poorly. I knew it was not Cohl anymore. But, nevertheless, AEG is "one" promoter so my original question should still be valid as to why refunds are not uniform at all shows.

So are they refunding ATL yet? Really scratching my head on the answer I got from ticketmaster on Friday stating promoter hasn’t approved ATL for refund yet but I can try and sell my tickets if I wish. Thought that response was beyond ridiculous.
