No, there's only a vinyl bootleg.

That strange that LIVE LICKS wasn't released on vinyl. SHINE A LIGHT wasn't as well. HYDE PARK isn't but SWEET SUMMER SUN is.
As far as I know all the vault and new live releases are available on vinyl.

All the vaults stuff on Eagle Rock is offered on vinyl but stuff like Live Licks & SAL, current releases at the time, fall into a bit of a black hole.
Like the bonus material on the some of the Deluxe Reissue series, they predated the significant resurgence of interest in vinyl and sort of missed the boat.
Live Licks is certainly one I'd love to have on vinyl, together with the SG bonus material , which is a collection I really love.
I've avoided the bootlegs as they usually don't sound any better than the CD or commercial downloads.
