Who's Got The Lowest Sale Price For ABB?

I was going to pick up the Sunday paper and check the circulars for the best deal, but was too cheap to spend $1.50 on a paper. Has anyone done the research on this? I know Best Buy had Sucking In The Seventies for $9.99 and Made In The Shade for $11.99 when they first came out.

Future Shop in Canada has it listed in their flyer at $9.99 CDN, limit 1 per person. Awesome price, equivalent to $8.25 US or so.

I surely paid the highest price in Germany: 18,95 Euro in Germany (Red Rose Records in Duisburg). But they sold it a few days before the release tomorrow, so it was worth the 6 Euro difference compared to amazon.
