Yes. You can order the book and cd from the New barbarans from bol.com. Its called outlaws,gunslingers and guitars. available from 5 jan 2017.
The paris 1976 Vaults release is rumoured by the inner circle. also the san Jose 1999 vault release is rumoured.

I don't think Berlin after just three years. They did that in 2006 and it was a disaster (at least for the promotor). Possible are Munich/Stuttgart/ Mannheim/Hockenheim/Frankfurt, Cologne/Ruhr area, Hanover/Hamburg/Bremen, Leipzig/Dresden/Erfurt, (Berlin, Düsseldorf).
