Pre-Stones Mick pic, maybe mid 1950's. His hair reminds me of like a James Dean sorta look, no?

1966 I believe, Mick by Linda Eastman, future wife of Paul McCartney. I believe they were on a boat for this photo shoot.

To brokecollegestudent: Perhaps this one is the college age range you're seeking photos of.

To brokecollegestudent: Are you ready for one the most youngish, impish photo ever of Mick Jagger?

I've seen this on youtube in a short montage of many real early Stones filmed appearances. There was only a couple of seconds showing this shot.

For this particular one, with the "sailor striped" shirts, white pants & kinda cheap, funky looking sneakers, the narrator said that it is unknown what year or performance this one was from. It was either 1963 or 1964. A mystery.

If I'm not mistaken, i believe the very earliest UK T.V. shows or otherwise filmed performances by the Stones was in 1963. So that would make Mick age EDIT 22 or 23 20-21.

Age 20-21 going on 12 by the looks of him here, right? Cute. And Brian Jones in the background looking very young also.

So "here it comes..here it comes...here it comes....here it comes, you're nineteenth

...millionth photo from me smiling smiley (Don't worry, I'm almost done.)

Info I've seen on this photo is that it was "a lost photograph found at a flea market".

Mick in a nicely colored, no-frills photo, probably sometime in his early 20's?

Teenage Mick & younger brother Chris in the "aftermath" of opening Christmas presents. Unknown year. EDIT According to alieb, this is not Mick J or his brother-
so.. Mystery People--when I found this on the internet it said Mick J & his brother but that just goes to show you really don't know unless you have some way to verify the reference,

to brokecollegestudet: Since I'm being so thorough smiling smiley Just thought I'd include this in our young pics--I know, not your typical pic, but it is from 1964 I believe, & of course is a real depiction of that part of their career, when they say they never could stay onstage over about 12 minutes due to fans out of control like this.

I think this is from 1964 in the UK???

Just some info because I know a creepy amount of information about Mick (as, I'm sure, do a lot of people on here)

1) Mick was born in '43 so he was actually 19 in '62 and 21 in '64
2) Pic of Mick with lady at table is not his mom but actually a magazine editor
3) Pic of Mick and Chris with man is not father Basil but family friend
4) Christmas pic is not Mick and his brother and is probably actually from the 70s

I could probably date most of these photos just based on his appearance... am now thinking long and hard about how creepy I am lol

Thanks Leonioid,Glad you like some of these. I hope you guys don't think I'm nuts for doing so many photos, but it happens to perfectly fit my mood right now, as I am awaiting the countdown to San Diego in 2 days! Plus I just love doing RS pics!

I've seen the quote that Mick said "Anything worth doing is worth over doing." How could he know me so well?

That is not creepy, the more info the better. Of course I dont speak for anyone... but I bet if you have extra info about these pictures that Carolyn would like to know and she might update the posts.

This is a great thread with a lot of cool pictures.

DARN RIGHT ABOUT THAT!! :)

I am ALL for anything that lights your fuse for your Sunday night show.

They sure are posting some cool pictures in the SD thread. I can feel the excitement, I wish I could be there, but my shows are coming, but not fast enough.

Might I humbly offer an idea for your thread here...
for what it is worth, you might put a little code above each picture which you want people to add information about. That way they dont have to describe the picture, they can just say something like "picture MJ234 was taken on this date and that person is his and they all lived happily ever after" or something like that. Just a suggestion trying to help :) Keep up the great work.
Edit- Actually I guess the time/date stamp is code already... so... idk
